Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for NidriFerendino Studios is the accommodation at the entrance of Nidri, about 60m from the sea and 150m from the center. Hammam and sauna (additionally charged) are next to the villa and a small parking lot is nearby.
The accommodation consists of four studios. Two double studios (17m2) have two single beds, and the third studio (19m2) has the space for one auxiliary bed. Triple studio (23m2) has one double and a single bed, and if necessary the possibility to add an auxiliary bed (metal structure with an almost standard mattress).
All studios are air-conditioned, have an equipped kitchen with a small fridge with freezer and hot plate with two burners, TV, WiFi internet, fully renovated bathroom, mosquito nets and a terrace. Baby cot is available upon request when booking.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen are performed after three nights. Optionally and upon request, guests can use the washing machine.
The nearest shop and bakery are at 50m.
After entering Nidri, drive straight ahead to the bridge that crosses the canal to drain rainwater and immediately afterwards, turn left towards the beach. 30m after turning into the alley that leads to the beach, you'll find Ferendino Studios on the right-hand side.
Ferendino Studios is located in the street with slow traffic, therefore it offers a quiet holiday in a prime location near the center and all amenities. It's an ideal choice for everyone looking for a good ratio between price and quality.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
