Perix House is located a 9-minute walk from the city beach in Neos Marmaras and it’s a good choice for large families and groups that prefer affordable accommodation, distance from the city bustle, spacious courtyard and green surroundings. WiFi internet and TV are available in all accommodation units.

The supermarket Masoutis is 360m away, the city beach is at 650m, and the center of Neos Marmaras 1,5km away from the Perix House. The beach is reachable in about a 10-minutes walk through the street full of greenery, with several pastry shops and tavernas along the way. So if they use no car, the guests of this accommodation have a night-out option nearby.

In the offer are five double economy studios, two triple economy studios, two double studios, two triple apartments, seven quintuple apartments on two levels with garden view and seven quintuple apartments on two levels with nature view.

Double economy studios on the ground floor have two single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower (without a shower tray, only tiles). In these studios can be added an extra bed.

Double studios are located on the first floor and they have two single beds.

Triple apartments on the second floor have one single bed in the room with a kitchen and one king size double bed in the bedroom.

Four-bed apartments on two levels are located on the ground floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the room with the kitchen where there is also a gallery, there are two single beds that are joined together. From the bedroom, you can go out to the balcony, which looks from the back of the accommodation, that is, to the garden. This balcony is located above the awning, so it is at a height.

Quintuple apartments on two levels are located on the first and second floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the room with a kitchen there is a single bed and gallery with anothr double bed.

All accommodation units have TV and air condition, internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen is equipped with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the bathroom is a shower tray, except in the economy studios. Replacement of bed linen and towels is after four nights, and more often if necessary. Owners can hire a cleaning lady for an extra charge.

In front of the house, all the way to the road, guests have access to a stone-paved yard, while behind the house is a spacious yard sheltered and surrounded by greenery. In front and behind the accommodation there is a parking area with enough space for everyone, as well as a garden shower and two barbecues.

You will easily find this accommodation. Following the main road Nikiti – Sarti, before supermarket Masoutis turn right to Kampos Grigoriou Street and drive for another 250m until you reach see Perix House on your left.

If you are looking for accommodation outside the city’s bustle, close to all the city events, suitable for a family holiday in a pleasant atmosphere and if you are not too demanding when it comes to eqipment of the units, then Perix House can be the right choice for you.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
