Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for Neos MarmarasPerix House is located a 9-minute walk from the city beach in Neos Marmaras and it's a good choice for large families and groups that prefer affordable accommodation, distance from the city bustle, spacious courtyard and green surroundings. WiFi internet and TV are available in all accommodation units, and there's plenty of facilities for children in the yard.
The supermarket Masoutis is 360m away, the city beach is at 650m, and the center of Neos Marmaras 1,5km away from the Perix House. The beach is reachable in about a 10-minutes walk through the street full of greenery, with several pastry shops and tavernas along the way. So if they use no car, the guests of this accommodation have a night-out option nearby.
In the offer are five double economy studios, two triple economy studios, two double studios, two triple apartments, seven quintuple apartments on two levels with garden view and seven quintuple apartments on two levels with nature view.
Double economy studios on the ground floor have two single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower (without a shower tray, only tiles), but they don't have an air condition. In these studios can be added an extra bed.
Triple economy studios on the ground floor have two single beds and a sofa, separate kitchen and bathroom with a shower (without a shower tray, only tiles) but they don't have an air condition.
Double studios are located on the first floor and they have two single beds.
Triple apartments on the second floor have one single bed in the room with a kitchen and one king size double bed in the bedroom.
Quintuple apartments on two levels are located on the first and second floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the room with a kitchen there is a single bed and gallery with anothr double bed.
All accommodation units have TV and air condition (except economy studios), internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen is equipped with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the bathroom is a shower tray, except in the economy studios. Replacement of bed linen and towels is after four nights, and more often if necessary. Owners can hire a cleaning lady for an extra charge.
In front of the house, all the way to the road, there's a stone-paved courtyard, while behind the house there's a spacious yard with a playground for children, sheltered and surrounded by greenery, which makes it ideal for families with small children. In the yard behind the house there's a washing machine that guests can use with an extra charge. In front and behind the accommodation, there's parking with enough space for everyone, as well as an outdoor shower and two barbecues.
You will easily find this accommodation. Following the main road Nikiti – Sarti, before supermarket Masoutis turn right to Kampos Grigoriou Street and drive for another 250m until you reach see Perix House on your left.
If you are looking for accommodation outside the city's bustle, close to all the city events, suitable for a family holiday in a pleasant atmosphere and if you are not too demanding when it comes to eqipment of the units, then Perix House can be the right choice for you.

Owners description
We are situated 650m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Halkidiki. All of our rooms have an organized kitchen, WC and TV. Our hotel has plenty of parking, BBQ, free WiFi hotspot, ping pong table, Volley Net and two gardens with toys for the children's to play. Breakfast, lunch, coffees and drinks can be served by demand in café bar-grill area, in WiFi hotspot and TV area.
Perix House is located 700m from one of the best beaches in the area, with very clean water with nice smooth sandy beach and the shallow waters making it safe for children’s. Our place is very quiet and peaceful with a view in a valley of Porto Carras from the top floor and to nature from our gardens and to the mountains. Also at 150m from the hotel, you can find the biggest super-market In the area and in 1000m start the village of Neos Marmaras.
Our hotel was built in 1986. and it was renovated once in the year 2000, and the second time in 2016. It's rated two keys hotel. It can accommodate up to five people, two in the main bedroom, one in the kitchen and two children in the attic. We have a green lawn in two different levels and playground for children to play all day inside the protected area. Two BBQ sets are built in the premises available for the tenants. Plenty of parking is available. On the second level, there is a saloon where breakfast can be served on request. Everyday housekeeping and change of sheets and towels, or as required.
- Family Apartment Nature View - Split Level (three adults + up to three children). Four of these apartments were renovated in 2016. This is our biggest apartment. In the entrance, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a single bed. At the end of this room is the hall, where you can find the closet, visit the bathroom and go to the master bedroom. Up from the hall, you can see the attic room, where can sleep 2-3 children (depending on the age), the access to the loft is from the kitchen. In the second room, we have one king-size double bed with balcony and view to nature and to Porto Carras. We have six of these apartments on the top floor all with A/C. This apartment has 33m2, plus 6m2 in the attic room.
- Family Apartment Nature View (three adults) was renovated in 2016. This apartment is perfect for three people or for a small family. In the entrance, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a single bed. At the end of this room is the hall, where you can find the closet and you can go to WC and to the second room. In the second room, we have one king-size double bed with balcony and view to nature and to Porto Carras. We have two of these apartments on the top floor all with A/C. This apartment has a 27m2.
- Studio (two adults) is our double room on the top floor. In the entrance, you'll find the hall with the closet, the door for the WC and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs. In the room, we have two single beds, that you can join together, with balcony and view to nature and to Porto Carras. We have two of these studios on the top floor all with A/C. This studio has a 24m2.
- Family Apartment Garden View - Split Level (three adults + up to three children). We have a total of two apartments.
- Economy Apartment Garden View - Split Level (three adults + up to three children). This is our biggest apartment on the ground floor. In the entrance we found full organize kitchen with table and chairs and one single bed. At the end of this room is the hall, where you can found the closet, visit the bathroom and go to the master bedroom. Up from the hall, you can see the attic room, where can sleep 2-3 children (depending on the age), the access to the loft is from the kitchen. In the second room, we have two singles beds, that you can join together, with balcony and view to nature. We have five of these apartments, on the ground floor, but only two with A/C. This apartment has 33m2, plus 6m2 in the attic room.
- Double room (Studio) at Back Garden. In this room, we have two single beds, closet, equipped kitchen and WC at the end of the room. We have five of this kind on the ground floor with the back garden view without A/C. The room area is 17m2.
- Triple room (Studio) at Back Garden. In this room, we have two single beds, that you can join together, plus one big sofa where one person or up to two children (depending on the age) can sleep. It has a separate fully equipped kitchen with the closet, and the WC is at the end of the room. We have two of this kind on the ground floor with the back garden view without A/C. The room area is 22m2.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
