Our description
Ismini Villa is located in a peaceful part of Limenaria, not far from the center and the beach. The advantage of this villa is that it is not exposed to the noise, but still near all the amenities.
The beach is located about 200m from the villa, the center is 100m and the nearest market is 50m from the accommodation.
The accommodation was built 30 years ago but it was renovated in 2015. It is consisted from two apartments located on the ground floor.
One accommodation unit has two single beds in the bedroom that has an access onto a small balcony. There is a sofa bed for one person in the hallway, and one single bed in the small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped and has a large refrigerator and an access to a common balcony that these two apartments share.
The other accommodation unit has two singl beds in the bedroom while in living room, where the kitchen and a large refrigerator are, there is one single bed.
The apartments (20m2) have A/C, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The balcony is common where everyone has its own sitting areas.
The cleaning and the change of towels is done every three days.
In the yard, there is a barbecue, available for the guests to use it.
If you want to park, keep going forward, right from the villa, then turn left and you will see wide space that can be used any time to park your vehicle.
Coming from Prinos, after you enter Limenaria, take a first possible right turn after Triada Hotel. Keep going straight for 20m and you will see the sign that says Aldebaran Apartments. Ismini Villa is located on the right side of this building.
We recommend Ismini villa to families with children because the accommodation is separated from the traffic but still, near the center and all the amenities that Limenaria has to offer.

Owners description
This villa is located in a quiet part of Limenaria, about 200m from the beach, about 600m from the center and 20m from the main road, in other words, in a peaceful place.
It is surrounded with plenty of greenery and garden maintained by the owners. Vila has two studios on the ground floor which are similar in structure and content. They have a small room with two single beds, private bathroom, antechamber with one sofa bed for one person, and a kitchen with another single bed. The studios have air conditioning, TV, exit to the terrace with seating area, parking place, internet.
Change of bed linen and towels is provided every five days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
