Hotel Description

Thanasis Studios is on the hill above Trypiti beach so studios have nice sea view. Accommodation is affordable. Garden is spacious and has outdor seating and barbecue facilites. Private parking is provided.

The house is located 2km away from the center of Limenaria. The nearest supermarket is 1km away. Thanasis is 300m away from one of the best beaches on the island, Trypiti beach. The closes beach (100m) has mostly rocks in the sea but is is sandy on the shore.

The house has four studios, two upstairs and two downstairs but only two are available for internet reservations. Studios have one standard double bed, one double bed narrower than standard, as well as one single bed. Studios are very spacious and have spacious terraces. Furniture is classic, wooden. Studios have a spectacular sea view, while those at the ground floor are great because of children and direct exit to the yard.

Each studio has a kitchen and bathroom, TV, mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. Given that the house is on the hill, the view is nice at all sides, both at the sea and the mountains, without a crowded neighbourhood and looking at the walls of neighbouring houses.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.

Guests can use the parking place, barbecue in the backyard, beautiful garden, the perfect tranquillity and breathtaking sea views from the second floor and from the yard.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos, after a few hundred meters after Trypiti you’ll see a sign on the left side of the highway for Studios Thanassis (the sign says Θανασηs). You need to slow down after Trypiti because it can easily happen that you do not notice the turn because it’s near the curve and hardly can be seen. Opposite the turning is dirt expansion on the road, and it is perhaps the best to navigate by it. The path that separates from the main road to Thanasis is steep but very short and at the end of the road, next to the villa is a large dirt parking lot.

If you need an accommodation only as a base, this is a fantastic choice in my opinion! It’s better yet if you have a larger company for grilling and socializing, but even by yourself, you will enjoy in peace, view and pure air. Trypiti beach has few restaurants and bars. The apartment is situated in a great location for exploring the island, although it is on a hill, the view is fantastic, and the owner is very kind.

A place I would gladly return to. A view worth a million dollars... Classic Greek accommodation... And the exceptionally kind owners of the studio, always ready to lend a helping hand.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
