Description
Estian Deluxe is located in the center of Limenaria, close to the beach. This is a new accommodation nicely decorated. The owners try to make the stay of their guests as pleasant as possible.
The city beach and the closest shop are 30m away from the villa.
The accommodation was built in 2016 and it's very modernly equipped. It consists of five studios (23-25m2) located mostly on the first floor, one apartment and two maisonettes on the second floor.
Three studios have one double and a sofa bed with a single drawer bed (standard size mattress). The fourth studio is triple, it's located on the other side of the house and it has one double bed and a single sofa bed. Fifth studio is for four people and it has a double bed and a fold out sofa. It is located on the second floor.
The studios have a fully equipped kitchen. As you can see in the pictures, the bathrooms are very modern. Some are en-suite and some have modern semi-open shower cabins.
Apartment (30m2) is inteded for four guests and it has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while in the livingroom there are a kitche and a fold out sofa.
There are two maisonettes, one for four people (37m2) and the other one for five people (45m2). Both of them have two levels. On the lower level there are a livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are a bedroom separated with a door and one more bathroom with a shower. In the maisonette for five people in the livingroom there is a corner fold out sofa big enough for three people to sleep on it.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced after three days.
Public parking is about 100m away from Estian Deluxe Studios.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn to the right at the intersection by Agali Hotel and after 20m you'll see Estian Deluxe Studios on the left side.
Villa is an ideal choice for all those who are looking for a modern accommodation close to the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
