Our description
Family Apartment is located in Limenaria, near the beach. It is a beautiful duplex apartment that is very spacious and recently renovated. The owners are very kind and speak Serbian. We highly recommend it to families with children.
The apartment is situated approximately 150m from the beach, in the heart of Limenaria.
The apartment is a duplex located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of eight people (seven adults and one child). It is part of a house where the owners live, so you can be assured that your vacation will go smoothly, as the owners are wonderful and the fact that the owner is from Serbia adds to the sense of security. It was renovated for the 2016 season. Smoking is prohibited within the apartment.
The apartment has a surface area of 70m2. It consists of a spacious living room, a dining room with a large kitchen and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a flat-top stove, and an oven. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), and the other has two separate single beds (90x200) that can be joined together if needed. There are two sofa beds in the living room that can be extended if necessary. Additionally, the apartment includes Total TV with 300 channels, including national channels from Serbia. The bathroom is located within the apartment.
It is equipped with air conditioning, a television, internet access, and mosquito nets.
Towel replacement, bed linen change, and apartment cleaning are done halfway through the stay, and more frequently if necessary.
The quiet courtyard, which is exclusively for the use of guests, is accessed through the bedroom, and there is also another terrace when exiting through the kitchen.
Guests can always find parking in front of the house as the road is not congested.
When coming from the direction of Limenas, before Hotel Triada, you will see a street that leads diagonally to the left immediately after a small bridge. The approach is steep, but only for a few meters. Once you turn there, the road will lead you to a spacious area where you can park your vehicle if you are coming by your own transportation, and that is exactly where this beautiful apartment is located.
This apartment has been available for rent since the summer of 2016, so everything is new, and the proximity to the beach and the amenities of this apartment, along with the friendly presence of the owners, will certainly make your vacation better.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je zaista jedan od najboljih u kom smo boravili u grčkoj, vlasnica smeštaja je predivna dama Jasmina koja je uvek tu za sve što treba, a i jos je srpkinja. More je i bliže nego što piše. Apsolutno smo oduševljeni apartmanom. Svaka preporuka.
