Description
San Giorgio Luxury Studios is located on the Athos peninsula, in Nea Roda - a small village, perfect for a peaceful vacation, with a beautiful promenade by the sea lined with restaurants and cafes offering a fantastic view of the sea, perfect for enjoying food, drinks, and the view. This accommodation is about 350m away from the beach in the village.
On the first floor of the building, there are a total of seven studios with accommodation capacity for three to five people. There are three triple studios without balconies that contain three single beds, three quadruple studios, one of which does not have a balcony, with four single beds and one five-bed studio with a balcony that has five single beds. In each studio, there is the possibility to connect two single beds.
Upon request and within the price, it is possible to get a baby cot.
The studios are air-conditioned and have a smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer (at reception), mosquito nets, a kitchenette with a large refrigerator with a freezer, two ceramic hobs and a toaster. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin.
On warm summer days, overlooking the street, guests staying in the five-bed and two four-bed studios can spend time on the balcony equipped with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
San Giorgio Luxury Studios is located 5.6km from Ierissos and 109km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

3 BED STUDIO, WITHOUT BALCONY, what mean this, can you explain to me in detail, I see a picture with a flower on an open window, what does that mean? Is it ground floor?

Dali moze da mi objasnite kako nema balkone, gde moze da se boravi dali imaju dvoriste ili sl. Ukoliko rezervisemo dali moze da se rezervise sa balkonom. Hvala vam puno
