San Giorgio Luxury Studios is located on the famous Atos peninsula, in the peaceful and picturesque village of Nea Roda. On the first floor of the building, there are a total of seven comfortable and nicely decorated studios, which can accommodate at least three and at most five people, which makes them an excellent choice for smaller families or smaller groups. The offer includes three three-bed studios without a balcony, each equipped with three beds for one person. There is also a four-bed studio without a balcony, which has two joined single beds and two more single beds. Finally, there is a specially designed five-bed studio with five beds for one person. In each of the seven studios, there is additional flexibility as the two single beds can always be joined together, allowing for a greater degree of adaptation to the different wishes and needs of travelers.

Upon request and at no extra charge, a baby cot is available to guests, so that even the youngest family members can rest comfortably and worry-free.

Each studio is air-conditioned, with the air-conditioning unit positioned to cool the entire space evenly and guarantee a comfortable temperature even during the hottest summer days. In each studio there is a Smart TV, which allows guests to watch their favorite content, while the Wi-Fi internet is free and available in every corner of the accommodation units, providing guests with uninterrupted network access and the ability to stay connected with the world. A hairdryer is also available from the reception. The kitchen in each studio is equipped with two ceramic hob rings, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a toaster, enabling easy preparation of meals or light snacks without the need to go to a restaurant.

For guests staying in the quintuple studio and in two of the quadruple studios, a balcony furnished with seating is provided. All balconies have views of the picturesque streets of Nea Roda, making them a wonderful place for sipping morning coffee, reading a book in the shade, or enjoying a refreshing summer evening with a gentle breeze coming from the sea.

It is important to note that pets are not allowed in this property, which ensures peace and cleanliness in all areas.

There is a common space in front of the entrance of all accommodation units and a gazebo at front yard, for all guests.

The cleaning of the studios, as well as the change of bed linens and towels, is organized every three days, which means that the apartments will remain tidy and fresh throughout the entire stay. Guests have all the time to fully relax, while the accommodation staff takes care of complete hygiene and comfort.
