San Giorgio Luxury Studios is located on the famous Atos peninsula, in the peaceful and picturesque village of Nea Roda. The accommodation is 350 meters from the sea, which means that the beach and the sound of the waves are always within reach. On the first floor of the building, there are a total of nine comfortable and beautifully decorated studios, which can accommodate a minimum of three and a maximum of five guests, making them an excellent choice for smaller families or smaller groups. The accommodation offers three triple studios without a balcony, each equipped with three single beds. There is also a four-bed studio without a balcony, featuring two joined single beds and two additional single beds, as well as two five-bed studios without a balcony, which consist of a double bed, two joined single beds, and one additional single bed. Finally, there is a specially designed five-bed studio with five single beds. Each of the nine studios offers additional flexibility, as two single beds can always be joined together, allowing greater adaptability to different preferences and needs of the guests.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is also available, allowing the youngest members of the family to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay.

Each studio is air-conditioned, and the air-conditioning unit is positioned to cool the entire space evenly and ensure a pleasant temperature even during the hottest summer days. Every studio features a Smart TV, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite content, while free WiFi is available throughout the accommodation units, providing continuous internet access and the opportunity to stay connected. A hairdryer is also available at the reception. The kitchen in each studio is equipped with a two-ring cooking hob, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster, allowing guests to easily prepare meals or light snacks without the need to visit a restaurant.

Guests staying in the five-bed studio and in the two four-bed studios also have access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. All balconies offer views of the picturesque streets of Nea Roda, making them the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book in the shade, or relax during a refreshing summer evening with the gentle sea breeze.

In front of the entrance to the accommodation units, there is a shared area with tables and chairs, while guests also have access to a gazebo in the courtyard.

It is important to note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation, ensuring peace and cleanliness throughout all areas.

Cleaning of the studios, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is carried out every three days, ensuring that the apartments remain clean and fresh throughout the entire stay. Guests can fully enjoy their holiday while the accommodation staff takes care of hygiene and comfort.

Parking is free of charge, and guests are allowed to leave their vehicles directly in front of the accommodation or on the nearby streets. This detail will especially please guests travelling by car who wish to explore the surrounding area without any stress.
