Voulis Studios is an accommodation located at the entrance to Limenaria. It is a house situated on a hill, so from most balconies, there is a view of the sea (of course, some views are clear while others are partial, depending on the room’s position). It is only a 2-minute drive from all the amenities that Limenaria offers.

The City Beach is 200m away. The villa is 400m away from the nearest shop and about 1km away from the center of Limenaria, where all cafes, taverns, shops, and promenade are located.

There is one maisonette, two apartments, and ten studios available, out of which one, studio #7, will be rented only when necessary. Every year, investments are made in the accommodation.

The Maisonette (#12) is located on the second floor and has a larger corner terrace with a sea view. The terrace is accessed from the living room on the lower floor, where there is a sofa bed and a equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a cooker. Upstairs (attic) is a bedroom with two single beds separated by accordion doors. In the open space accessed by stairs, there are also two single beds. The bathroom with a shower cabin is accessed through sliding doors. Since these rooms are located in the attic, the roof is sloped in the separate bedroom and bathroom. The beds are wooden. The maisonette is designed for four people.

The apartments are located on the second floor. Apartment #14 has a sea view. In the living room, there is a double bed, an equipped kitchen with a cooker and a small fridge, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The bedroom has two single beds. Apartment #15 faces the mountain, the street, and partially the sea. There are two single beds in the living room, an equipped kitchen with a cooker and a small fridge. The bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The beds in these two units are wooden.

On the ground floor, there are three studios, and only they have mosquito nets. Studio #7 has a double bed, studio #8 has a double and a single bed, and studio #9 has a double bed and two single beds. All three units have an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a cooker, as well as a small bathroom with a shower cabin and a curtain. They are more modernly decorated and shaded from the sun by trees in front of the villa. They overlook the courtyard.

There are six studios on the first floor.

Studio #1 has a double bed and partially overlooks the sea because the view is blocked by trees in front of the house. Studio #2 has a double and a single bed. It is more modernly decorated. The view of the sea is blocked by trees in front of the house. Studio #3 has a double and a single bed and a renovated bathroom. It is more modernly decorated and has a partial view of the sea and the street. Studio #4 has two single beds and a sea view. Studio #5 has three single wooden beds and a sea view. Studio #6 has a double and a single bed and a partial sea view. The bathroom is smaller but renovated. The kitchens in the studios on the first floor are equipped, each with a cooker and a small fridge. The bathrooms have shower cabins with curtains.

The last two studios are located on the second floor (#10 and #11) and have a sea view. Studio #10 has a double bed, while studio #11 has a double and a single bed. The bathrooms are smaller with shower cabins and curtains, and their kitchens are equipped with a cooker and a small fridge. Due to the smaller area, the extra bed that fits in #10 is smaller than standard.

Cleaning is done every other day. The frequency of changing towels and bed linen depends on the length of the guest’s stay, usually every 3-5 days.

There is a private parking about 50m from the accommodation.
