Mavra Studios is decent accommodation in Ligia, across the street from the beach with round rocks and clear water. It offers studios and apartments for 2-4 people, in a good location, with good value for money.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are at 150m, and the center is about 200m away.
Mavra Studios consists of 19 studios and apartments. Double studios (18-20m2) have one double bed and a view of the yard, mountain or sea, triple studios (22-28m2) have one double and a single bed or three single beds and a view of the mountain or the sea, while the quadruple apartment (28m2) and the superior quadruple apartment (30m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer and terrace. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa. Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided every third day.
They have no reception, but one of the owners is always at the snack bar on the ground floor, for any information and help.
There’s no private parking, but it’s not difficult to find a place in the area.

Mavra Studios is the accommodation on the Ligia seafront, immersed in a pine forest, at just 50m from the picturesque port and numerous fish taverns, a 5-minute walk from mini-markets and bakeries, and 6km from Lefkas town, in an ideal location for touring the island and the most beautiful beaches. The accommodation units are divided into two buildings connected externally by a staircase and internally by an elevator. The apartments and studios are differentiated according to the type but all have air conditioning, bathroom, furnished balcony and a kitchenette with fridge and stove.
In the reception area, at the snack bar side, there’s a breakfast room. The snack bar overlooks Ligia beach, separated by a road.
The equipped beach managed by Mavra Studios is just a few steps away, across the road. The use of the beach is open to all with a minimum of consumption at the Mavra bar.
There are 19 apartments and studios spread over two buildings (A and B) connected with an external staircase and an internal lift. The building A is located frontally, closer to the sea and the beach, but also to the road. The building B is behind the A, therefore it’s more silent. In both buildings, studios and apartments are located on the ground, first or the second floor and most of them have a sea view.
All are air-conditioned and fitted with a bathroom, furnished balcony and an equipped kitchenette (except one economy studio with only a fridge) with dishes and pots. Replacement of towels and sheets, as well as cleaning, are scheduled every three days unless different needs agreed with the staff.
Accommodation units are divided into eight categories.
There are four double economy studios (A4, A1, A5, A8), two on the first floor and two on the second floor of building A. With the exception of one that has only a refrigerator, they all have a kitchenette. The balconies enjoy all the privacy, although, without a sea view. Two studios are internally connected with one triple studio with a sea view, therefore they can turn into larger units.
The triple economy studio (B10) can be reached by an external staircase or an internal lift and with a few steps. It has an independent entrance and a side sea view. Recently renovated, it has a big shower in the bathroom.
There are four double studios in building B (B1, B4, B11, B7), one is on the ground floor, one on the first floor and two are on the second floor. These studios stand out for being particularly quiet. Three have a folding armchair that turns into an auxiliary bed. Studio B11 has the kitchenette separated from the bedroom. Two studios have two balconies, with a mountain i.e. side sea view. One studio has a recently renovated bathroom and a spacious balcony with a side sea and a mountain view.
There are four triple studios with a sea view (A3, A7, B2, B5), two on the first and second floor of building A and two on the first and second floor of building B. In all of them, it’s possible to add an auxiliary bed. Two studios in the front building are recently renovated and the other two stand out for the sea view and for being particularly quiet. Two studios are internally connected with one economy studio, therefore they can turn into larger solutions.
There are three double studios with a sea view (A2, A6, B6). Two are on the first and second floor of building A and they’re completely renovated, while the third is on the second floor of building B, with a spacious kitchenette and a sea view. In all of them, it’s possible to add an auxiliary bed.
The triple superior studio (A14) on the top floor of building A is easily accessible with the internal lift and just four steps. It has are two balconies (at the rear, i.e. the front side facing the sea), a large kitchen and refrigerator. It’s possible to add an auxiliary bed.
The quadruple superior apartment (B3) is located on the first floor of building B, it has two separate double bedrooms and the possibility to add an auxiliary bed.
The quadruple apartment (B12) on the ground floor of building B has two separate double bedrooms. It was recently renovated, the bathroom and kitchenette are new.
*NOTE: Studios A3 and A4 and studios A7 and A8 are connected, therefore they can be transformed into larger apartments with two bathrooms and in the case of the A7-A8 with two kitchenettes as well.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
