Description
One of the most popular accommodations for LimenasPipini Villa is a very nice and new villa, with a beautifully landscaped and tucked-in yard (mostly in the shade) with a pool and deck chairs with parasols around it. There is also a bar next to the pool where guests can order a refreshing drink and the friendly owners are always there for any guest questions.
Pipini Villa is located in the wide center of Limenas, on Dimitriadou street, after the hotels Conti, Lina and Fotini. The villa is at a 1km from the city center, a 1,5km from the city beach, while the nearest beach is Vournelis (800m), as well as Tarsanas beach in its extension. First supermarket is located just a few meters from the accommodation, across the street.
The villa has a total of 11 double studios, with a possibility to add an extra bed for a child if needed. Five studios are located on the ground floor, three on the first floor and three on the second floor. Two studios have a double bed while the other nine have two connected single beds, with no space between them. All double studios can accommodate one extra bed. The four-bed studio (located on the ground floor) consists of one double bed under which two single beds can be drawn out. All studios overlook the pool and yard.
The studios are very nice and modernly furnished, with new and quality furniture. All have a kitchen, bathroom, safety deposit box, wireless internet, air conditioning, TV and a beautiful terrace.
Cleaning is done every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three days.
The yard is really nicely landscaped and meticulously maintained, with lots of palm trees, paths, greenery and flowers and is partially shaded.
House does not have its own private parking but you can leave your vehicle in front of the accommodation.
Upon disembarking from the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive on the main road along the sea for about 300m. When you get to the part where a narrow road leads towards Vournelis Hotel with its beach, follow the main road and turn left. After about 150m you'll get to the first big intersection (with Dimitriadou street), turn to the left and after 200m you'll see Pipini Villa on the left side of the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
