Iria Luxury Apartments is located in the quiet area of Limenaria and it has four apartments on the first floor. Close to the villa there is enough parking space for all the guests. In the walking distance is also the city beach.

Villa is around 450m away from the city beach and the center of Limenaria. The closest supermarket is 300m away.

There are available four apartments on the first floor. They are decorated in the same way. In the bedroom there is one double bed while in the living room there is one single bed with a drawer bed that folds out. Apartments are suitable for four adults. In the kitchen there are a hot plate and a small fridge. Apartments no 1 and 2 have 50m2, while the apartments no 3 and 4 are a bit smaller and they have 47m2. Apartment no 1 has the biggest balcony and the apartment no 4 the smallest, but still spacious enough. The the terraces overlook the mountains and the neighbourhood.

Cleaning, replacing of towels and bed linen are done on every three days.

Public parking is available in front of the property and there is enough space for all the guests.

Coming from Prinos turn left after the Hotel Agali and supermarket Ilios (“HΛΙΟΣ”) on to the dusty road. After the tavern Limenariotisa turn right in the second street and follow the road.

Villa is a good choice for all those who want a good accommodation in the quiet area.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
