The hosts are a kind family who has invested a great deal of love into this property and its surroundings. Additionally, they own a plot with olive trees where ample parking is available, making it accessible even during the peak season. The beach is located just 200 meters from the accommodation. The lodging is situated away from the main road through the town, ensuring peace and quiet at night. The accommodation is pet-friendly, but there are many cats in the entire neighborhood, often found in the yard, so if you are bringing a dog, please be aware of their presence. In any case, I highly recommend Nina 2 studios.

The excellent ratio of quality to price truly deserves all the praise. The ambiance, tranquility, silence, and greenery will be pleasing to all. Good day, Nina studio 2 is situated in a great location. However, I was not particularly fond of the accommodation; my main complaint is about the poor and uncomfortable beds. For that price, I expected better lodging.

A very beautiful and comfortable accommodation featuring a stunning garden and a spacious terrace. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linens are changed every three days. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and readily available for any questions or concerns. Nearby, you will find a bakery, a market, and a beach, all within a 5-10 minute walk. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and, of course, with Nika. 😊

What can I say except that I can hardly wait for next summer. The accommodation is excellent, providing everything one could need. Cleanliness is a perfect 10, it's close to the beach, and the family is incredibly lovely and always there for you. Highly recommended, and we will be returning next year.

I can only speak highly of the accommodation! It is practically like a hotel, except that there is no restaurant or bar for dining and drinking. Everything else feels like being in a hotel. The rooms are very tidy and well-equipped. Daily cleaning of the rooms is provided, and bed linens and towels are changed every two days. It is evident that the place is newly built and has not been used much (as seen in the pictures, so it is found). For those arriving by car, there is secure parking right next to the accommodation. Additionally, there is a gas station just a minute away. Regarding the beach, you can reach the sea in about 400 meters, while the more popular beaches (Golden and others) are approximately 1 km away. It depends on personal preference. Nearby, you will find a supermarket, bakery, ATM, gas station, taverns... all within a 5-10 minute walk.

The location is fantastic, the owners clean the rooms almost every day and are always available - present yet unobtrusive. The property is new and tastefully furnished, both in terms of interior and garden. It has its own parking area with ample shade for the vehicles of all guests. Nestled in tranquility and the sounds of crickets, yet everything is within reach - a grocery store, bakery, beach, gas station, ATM... all within 100 meters. The rooms are clean, and no one rushes you on your last day to vacate the room... you have time for everything and it all feels relaxed. The studios are spacious, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and cleanliness is maintained at a high standard. The hosts are exceptionally kind and amiable individuals. They visit the hotel every morning and evening. Waste is disposed of regularly. The studios are cleaned daily. The location is very quiet and peaceful, making it suitable for families with young children.

Excellent accommodation - highly recommended! Especially suitable for families with children, thanks to the beautiful courtyard. The owners are extremely friendly, and cleanliness is of a high standard - the apartment is cleaned every day, and towels and bed linen are changed every 2-3 days. The main issue with Skala Potamias is the poor infrastructure: the new streets are not paved, and there are no sidewalks for pedestrians. The promenade along the coast is not paved either, but rather a dirt path made of pebbles. If this were addressed, it would be a perfect place for accommodation and exploring the island.
