Hotel Description

Nina 2 Studios is a newer accommodation in Skala Potamia with a beautiful courtyard, parking, and beautifully furnished studios. It is truly for every recommendation to families with children and those who want clean accommodation, peace, and silence. It is just a short walk from the beach and the center.

It is located 300 meters from the beach and the center of Skala Potamia.

A total of 10 studios (25m2) are available. Each has one double or two connected single beds and a folding sofa for a child. The four studios have another standard single bed that pulls out from under the double so they can be quadruple. All units look the front of the yard. The studios are air-conditioned and have a well-equipped kitchen, LCD TV and hairdryer, as well as terraces with a tumble dryer, table and chairs. The baby cot is available on request.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days when the units are cleaned.

The yard is spacious and the lawn is very nicely decorated. Behind the house are a barbecue, a shared kitchen and a large table with chairs.

Private parking is next to the villa.

The nearest supermarket and bakery are a five-minute walk away.

Coming from the direction of Limenas and the village of Panagia, after the Alfa Bank ATM, you will see a signpost for the Eric’s Apartments and Villa Olvia on the main road. Turn right there, and you’ll see Nina 2 Studios soon to your left.

Nina 2 Studios is a great choice for anyone who wants a quiet holiday and decent accommodation.

The accommodation is beautiful, new, and exceptionally clean. The surroundings are tranquil and provide a true retreat. There are plenty of parking spaces available. I highly recommend it.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
