Our description
Giota Studios is located at the beginning of Limenaria. It is a very beautiful accommodation perfect for relaxation because it is located in the quiet area. Taking that the villa is on the hill, most of the units have a nice sea view. The owner is very friendly.
The center is about 1km away from the villa. The beach is at 250m. It is sandy on the shore and with stone and sandy parts in the water. Part of the beach in front of the luxury hotels is organized, with sun beds and umbrellas that tourists can rent or get for free with a drink.
Giota (Yota) Studios offers three studios on the third floor, one big apartment on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor.
Two studios are double (20m2), both with a double bed, one with a direct sea view and another with the side sea view. The third studio triple (25m2), with one double and a single bed and a view towards the mountain and a bit to the sea.
The apartment on the first floor (70m2) is duplex, it has two bedrooms and a sea view. In the first, there are two single beds and in the second there's a double bed narrower than the standard. In the living room with a kitchen, there's a sofa bed. Only this accommodation unit has a washing machine and an oven.
The apartment located on the ground floor is a few steps below the yard level. It has three rooms, two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed narrower than standard and a living room with a sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for one large family, two families or two couples. It can accommodate up to five people.
All accommodation units have a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, terrace, iron and wireless internet.
The owner maintains a high level of hygiene. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after four days, while the cleaning is being done daily.
The yard is small and paved. There is a BBQ.
On the street in front of the house there is enough parking space.
Accommodation is located 1km before Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, on the hill, on the left side of the main road. When you reach the intersection with a board for Discovery Hotel, turn left and drive uphill. Our advice is to avoid the other side due to the sharp downhill.
Giota Studios is a decent accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for a vacation in a true sense of the word. Being on the south of the island, close to many popular beaches, makes Giota Studios location excellent. Potos is only 6km away.

Owners description
Studios Giota can serve two, three or four people. All the rooms are supplied with kitchen, fridge, television, air conditioning, private bathroom and balcony.
From here you can admire the excellent view and the deep blue waters of Aegean sea. At our exterior space you will find one barbecue so you will have the possibility to try your capacities at the grilling. We arrange free parking.
Studios Giota are 250 meters from a wonderful beach with clean waters. Furthermore near to them there are super market, bakery and petrol station. Your staying will be fantastic and unforgettable.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

U periodu od 12.7. do 24.7.2023. godine boravili smo u trokrevetnom studiu na drugom spratu. Smeštaj je upravo onakav kako je prikazano na sajtu nikana.gr. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena. Vlasnica smeštaja je veoma ljubazna i predusretljiva. Čistoća je na visokom nivou. Vlasnica smeštaja na svaka tri dana vrši zamenu posteljine. Oko objekta ima dosta prostora za parkiranje. U neposrednoj blizini objekta se nalazi veći market koji je dobro opremljen. Objekat se nalazi u mirnom okruženju, nedaleko od plaže i centra mesta. Odlična lokacija za obilazak ostrva.

Lokacija mirna bez buka i gužve. Ljubazna domaćica dočekala na sa kafom i sladoledom, ispratila sa poklonom za klinca. Čisto, pedantno sve pohvale

Prvo što bih morao da izdvojim u vezi ovog smeštaja je izuzetna ljubaznost vlasnice studia tj. objekta! Žena je živi u istom objektu gde su studiji. Na svaka 2 dana ona lično čisti i sređuje studije a na svaka 3 menja peškire i posteljinu. Moram da pomenem da ujedno opere i sudove i složi garderobu što uopšte ne očekujem niti je njena obaveza :) Objekat je od plaže udaljen 300-400 m. Vazdušnom linijom je bliži moru ali je potrebno sići niz par ulica do plaže. Do centra Limenarije je udaljen 10 min hoda. Inače, objekat se nalazi na jednom brdašcetu i poslednji je u nizu. Nema ni slučajnih ni namernih prolaznika i potpuno je mirno i bezbedno. Parking je na ulici koja prolazi pored objekta. Pre bih rekao je poluprivatni nego privatni parking :) Neprometna je ulica i mesta za parkiranje ima dovoljno u blizini smeštaja. Studio u kome smo bili nije naročito komforan. O ostalim studijima ne znam ništa... Centralna prostorija, kupatilo i terasa su poprilično mali. Malo nam je smetalo što je kupatilo malo, mala tuš kadica bez stakla i zavese. Nakon tuširanja je polupoplava. Celokupan studio je skromno urađen i opremljen. Ništa fensi i moderno. Nije zamerka, konstatacija je. Znali smo kako smeštaj izgleda i nije bilo iznenađenja. Kvalitet smeštaja je u skladu sa cenom. Ovaj smeštaj je za ljude koji ne zahtevaju previše i treba im isključivo baza u kojoj ne provode mnogo vremena, sve za pristojnu cenu. WiFi se gubio povremeno i brzina neta je prespora za bilo koji standard.
