- The price for a standard double and triple room and apartment refers only to the rental of the unit. Breakfast can be paid separately at the price of 7 euros per day per person. Prices for junior units include bed and breakfast service.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
One of the most popular accommodations for Nea KallikratiaEpavli Studios is the accommodation on the square in Nea Kallikratia, just 50m from the spacious and beautiful beach, this city is famous for. Within the accommodation, there's also a small restaurant-pizzeria where guests can enjoy the buffet breakfast. The lobby has a fenced area with a playground and toys for children, so they can enjoy in the safe area, within parents' sight.
Epavli Studios consists of 20 accommodation units. Double and triple rooms (18m2) have one double and a single bed. Quadruple apartments (35m2) have two double or four single beds, while triple and quadruple studios (25m2-30m2) have only single beds. It's possible to add another single bed with a standard mattress in some rooms.
Apartments and studios have a fridge, kettle, basic dining utensils and space for simple meals preparation (no electric cooking appliances). Guests can, if needed, use the iron and ironing board. Bathrooms are with bath or shower curtain. The rooms have a mini-bar and the internet is solid in all accommodation units. Two apartments, three studios and two rooms have a sea view. Since the house was built in 2000, all accommodation units are in good condition, clean and decently equipped.
Bed linen are replaced after three days and towels every day.
