Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for Nea SkioniStella-Meri Studios/Quality Apartments to Let is a relatively recent (2008) accommodation that has 20 equally structured apartments (28m2) for 2-4 people. Some of the amenities are a very nice and enclosed yard with landscaped lawn and swings (two for babies and two for slightly older children) perfect for playing, but also socializing, as there are several summer houses as well as two barbecues. All this perfectly complements a vacation for the whole family.
The accommodation is located in Nea Skioni, just 30m from the rocky beach, and a sandy beach suitable for children about 100m away. The center is 2km away, with the nearest supermarket and a bakery.
The apartments have a separate bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen and a sofa with a drawer bed. The furniture is of metal construction and the sofa is suitable for two children (an adult can sleep on the top of the sofa as well). They are air-conditioned (the A/C works steadily at 25 degrees Celsius) and have a TV, safe box, hairdryer and mosquito nets; the kitchen is equipped, has two hotplates, a standard or big refrigerator, as well as all the necessary utensils for four people, while the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Internet access is possible in the yard, but also on the terraces and in the living room of the apartment. The apartments upstairs have spacious terraces with a beautiful sea and courtyard view. The ground floor porches are not fully enclosed.
Clean towels and bed linen are available every fourth or fifth day (depending on the length of stay), while guests maintain hygiene in the apartments themselves.
It is not possible to accommodate four adults in one apartment.
Guests are provided with parking in the yard (there is a space for 15 vehicles).
Check-in is between 13:00 and 15:00 (no later than 20:00), and check-out is from 9:00 until 11:00. All discrepancies must be announced to the owners.
Approximately 2 km after Mola Kaliva pass Hotel Skion Palace and in 400m turn right at the ”T” intersection. In 500m on your right you reach Stella-Meri Studios /Apartments

Owners description
Stella-Meri Studios/ Apartments are good quality, self-catered apartments located 2000m, in the outskirts of Nea Skioni, Kassandra, Halkidiki, Greece (100km or 70 minutes drive from Thessaloniki airport). All apartments are the same (29m2), with two rooms. They are ideal for families with a maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children in a peaceful environment ideal for quiet and relaxing vacations, with one separate bedroom (a double bed), a combined living room-kitchen (with a sofa which becomes a double bed) and a private bath. All windows have mosquito nets. Apartments kitchens are equipped for four persons (2 hot plates without an oven, small or big refrigerator, personal safe box, hairdryer, air conditioning at 25 degrees temperature, 28” flat-LCD TV, wall mounted fan in some bedrooms). They all have conveniently shaded balconies, furniture and a marvellous view to North Aegean sea from 1st and especially 2nd floors. We also offer WiFi internet free of charge to all our guests in all public places and balconies and inside the apartments, a small playground for children with two swings and two large barbecues. Bed linen and towels are offered after 4 or 5 days of sleep. Apartment cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. Parking is free in the courtyard for 14-16 cars parked close to eachother.
In the village of Nea Skioni (2000m), which is a big beautiful village, guests can find almost anything they may need. We are also close to Fourka (10km), Hanioti (8km), Agia Paraskevi Thermal-Therapeutical springs (6km), Posidi (8km). Our facility is very close 40m to the coastline. The beach is small, very quiet, with clear waters and wild with stones. Special Sea shoes are advised. In the village of Nea Skioni there are many beautiful beaches (three of them organized and many are free).
Upon arrival please park in the yard and find us in apartments 104 and 106 for check in. There is no reception.

- Minimum stay is six nights.
- Maximum capacity of the apartments is three adults with a child or a family with two adults and two children. It's not suitable for four adults or families with more than four members.
- Children aged 0-1,99 years stay free of charge, but they're included in a maximum capacity.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ono sto umanjuje utisak je odnos vlasnika prema gostima. Suva poslovnost, moze se reci i nekorektnost. Objekat smo napustili zbog oluje 3 noći ranije, novac za dve noći nam nije vraćen. Razumemo višu silu, ali nije način otimanje jer oluju nismo doneli mi kao što je nisu doneli ni oni. Ali sve u svemu prelazna ocena.

Iskreno nema shta tu da kazemo,samo mozemo da posocimo i drugi ljudima da je navistina prelepo i predivno u Stella-Meri Studios. Se je bilo odlicno ,ni smo ocekivali da ce da bude tako divno,tako tiho,tako prelepo,nema reci. Idemo opet sledecu godinu ali vise dana moze 15 dana sigurno.

Iskreno nema shta tu da kazemo,samo mozemo da posocimo i drugi ljudima da je navistina prelepo i predivno u Stella-Meri Studios. Se je bilo odlicno ,ni smo ocekivali da ce da bude tako divno,tako tiho,tako prelepo,nema reci. Idemo opet sledecu godinu ali vise dana moze 15 dana sigurno.
