Stella-Meri Studios/Quality Apartments to Let is a relatively recent (2008) accommodation that has 19 equally structured apartments (28m2) for 2-4 people. Some of the amenities are a very nice and enclosed yard with landscaped lawn and swings (two for babies and two for slightly older children) perfect for playing, but also socializing, as there are several summer houses as well as two barbecues. All this perfectly complements a vacation for the whole family.

The accommodation is located in Nea Skioni, just 30m from the rocky beach. The center is 2km away, with the nearest supermarket and a bakery.

The apartments have a separate bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen and a sofa with a drawer bed. The furniture is of metal construction and the sofa is suitable for two children (an adult can sleep on the top of the sofa as well). They are air-conditioned (the A/C works steadily at 25 degrees Celsius) and have a TV, safe box, hairdryer and mosquito nets; the kitchen is equipped, has two hotplates, a standard or big refrigerator, as well as all the necessary utensils for four people, while the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Internet access is possible in the yard, but also on the terraces and in the living room of the apartment. The apartments upstairs have spacious terraces with a beautiful sea and courtyard view. The ground floor porches are not fully enclosed.

Clean towels and bed linen are available every fourth or fifth day (depending on the length of stay), while guests maintain hygiene in the apartments themselves.

It is not possible to accommodate four adults in one apartment.

Guests are provided with parking in the yard (there is a space for 15 vehicles).

Check-in is between 13:00 and 15:00 (no later than 20:00), and check-out is from 9:00 until 11:00. All discrepancies must be announced to the owners.

Approximately 2 km after Mola Kaliva pass Hotel Skion Palace and in 400m turn right at the ”T” intersection. In 500m on your right you reach Stella-Meri Studios /Apartments

A very lovely place, impeccably clean... it appears brand new, comfortable for adults with children. The host was exceptionally friendly. The yard is safe for children. I highly recommend it 😍

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 15 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Minimum stay is six nights.
Maximum capacity of the apartments is three adults with a child or a family with two adults and two children up to 12 years old. It’s not suitable for four adults or families with more than four members.
Children aged 0-1,99 years stay free of charge, but they’re included in a maximum capacity.
