Owners description
Paradise Studios consists of nine accommodation units - five superior double rooms (13m2), one double studio (16m2) and two four-bed apartments with two separate bedrooms (26m2). All double accommodation units are located on the second floor while the apartments are located on the first.
There is a double bed in the double superior rooms. The apartments have two connected beds in both bedrooms, one balcony and one kitchen with two hobs. There is only one hob in the studio. All units face the courtyard.
The units have:
- Air conditioning (the apartment has two of them)

- electric kettle
- private parking for all vehicles
- barbecue area
Cleaning takes place every other day and towels and linen are changed every third day.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
