All rooms are located on the second floor. 2 Bed Studios (16m2) consist of a double bed. One studio is located on the first floor, while the other studio is located on the second floor. 2 Bedroom Apartments (32m2) have two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two connected single beds. Both two-bedroom apartments are located on the first floor.

Each unit has its own balcony overlooking the courtyard. Rooms do not have a kitchen, but they have a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Studios have a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kitchen with one hotplate. Two-bedroom apartments have a kitchen with four hotplates, an oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Bathrooms are equipped with shower trays with glass partitions. Each unit has an A/C (with the exception of the both 2 Bedroom Apartments, where each apartment has two A/Cs), WiFi, a safe deposit box, TV, and a hairdryer. Guests also have access to private parking, a fenced and landscaped courtyard with seating area, as well as a shared barbecue.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

The courtyard is fenced and well-maintained. It has a front and back part. There is shade in the back. There are seating area and a barbecue, available to all guests of this accommodation.

Guests are also guaranteed a parking space, as the front part of the courtyard is specifically designated for private parking.

To reach the accommodation, you need to walk 400m straight ahead on the street that stretches between the taxi station and the bus station (where Jumbo is located) after getting off the ferry, and then turn left, and the Paradise Studios will be immediately on your right.

The accommodation is good. The only issue is that sometimes intervention is needed regarding the hot water.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
