This apartment is located very well- just 40m from the city beach in Limenas. It has a double bed and a sofa intended for one five-year old child. It is suitable for a family of three. The baby cot is also available on request.

It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV. The kitchen has two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a standard refrigerator. Guests of this accommodation can park their car in front of the building, where there is usually space.

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days and are included in the price.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Deposit - guarantee in the amount of €50, which the owner keeps in case of damage, is paid upon arrival at the accommodation and returned before leaving the accommodation.
