Accommodation description

Kika Apartments is the accommodation 300m from the center of Sivota, about 300m from the beach Galikos Molos and about 2,5 km from the famous beach Bela Vraka, a trademark of Sivota. It has studios for two people and apartments for 3-4 people. Amenities include a very nicely landscaped yard, private parking, shared barbecue, outdoor furniture and free wireless internet.

The nearest bakery and a grocery store are 300m away.

Kika Apartments has six accommodation units, three double studios (20m2) with one double bed and three quadruple apartments (35m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer hood, electric kettle and a toaster), bathroom and a terrace.

Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third or fourth day, depending on the length of stay. Laundry service is also available.

The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.

The owners live near the villa, so they’re at service throughout your stay for any help or information.

After entering Sivota, at the roundabout take a right towards Igoumenitsa, drive for 300m and turn into the first street left. After turning, turn left again, drive for 30m and continue on the half-left road for another 100m until you reach the gate of Kika Apartments on the right-hand side.

Kika Apartments offers good accommodation, in a great location, close to the promenade and marina, close to the beautiful Galikos Molos beach. It’s ideal for families, couples and young people.

The accommodation is wonderful, with a phenomenal location in a quiet part of town; everything is within easy reach by car, and the center is only a five-minute walk away. The landlady Joana is fantastic and there for all information and advice. We also adored her and her pets. The garden of the accommodation is lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing there when we weren't at the beach. City Beach (Palm Beach) is perfectly fine, about three minutes from the lodging; there are other beaches nearby. By car, it's a five-minute drive to them, and you can also reach them on foot.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Discounts

For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, NEW, for period from 27.06.2026 to 12.07.2026, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
For reservations in 2 Bed Studio, Garden View, for period from 27.06.2026 to 15.07.2026, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
