Kika Apartments is the accommodation 300m from the center of Sivota, about 300m from the beach Galikos Molos and about 2,5 km from the famous beach Bela Vraka, a trademark of Sivota. It has studios for two people and apartments for 3-4 people. Amenities include a very nicely landscaped yard, private parking, shared barbecue, outdoor furniture and free wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and a grocery store are 300m away.
Kika Apartments has six accommodation units, three double studios (20m2) with one double bed and three quadruple apartments (35m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer hood, electric kettle and a toaster), bathroom and a terrace.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third or fourth day, depending on the length of stay. Laundry service is also available.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.
The owners live near the villa, so they’re at service throughout your stay for any help or information.
After entering Sivota, at the roundabout take a right towards Igoumenitsa, drive for 300m and turn into the first street left. After turning, turn left again, drive for 30m and continue on the half-left road for another 100m until you reach the gate of Kika Apartments on the right-hand side.
Kika Apartments offers good accommodation, in a great location, close to the promenade and marina, close to the beautiful Galikos Molos beach. It’s ideal for families, couples and young people.
