Our description
Kika Apartments is the accommodation 300m from the center of Sivota, about 300m from the beach Galikos Molos and about 2,5 km from the famous beach Bela Vraka, a trademark of Sivota. It has studios for two people and apartments for 3-4 people. Amenities include a very nicely landscaped yard, private parking, shared barbecue, outdoor furniture and free wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and a grocery store are 300m away.
Kika Apartments has six accommodation units, three double studios (20m2) with one double bed and three quadruple apartments (35m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer hood, electric kettle and a toaster), bathroom and a terrace.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third or fourth day, depending on the length of stay. Laundry service is also available.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.
The owners live near the villa, so they're at service throughout your stay for any help or information.
After entering Sivota, at the roundabout take a right towards Igoumenitsa, drive for 300m and turn into the first street left. After turning, turn left again, drive for 30m and continue on the half-left road for another 100m until you reach the gate of Kika Apartments on the right-hand side.
Kika Apartments offers good accommodation, in a great location, close to the promenade and marina, close to the beautiful Galikos Molos beach. It's ideal for families, couples and young people.

The newly built apartments and studios for rent Kika are located in Sivota, prefecture of Thesprotia, within an olive-groove with a wonderful sea view. They are only 300m away from the beautiful beach named Galikos Molos and 300m away from the port of Sivota.
The apartments are formed and furnished with taste and quality so that the visitor could enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay next to the beach.
We have three residences with independent apartments and studios.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
