Hotel Description
Kokkinos Summer House is located in Potos. It is a property with a spacious courtyard in the shade of pine trees, completely protected from noise, traffic, and crowds. It is only a few minutes’ walk to all the amenities that Potos offers.
It is 500m away from the beach and about 400m from the city center.
It is a small house (50m2) consisting of a total of six single beds (two of them in the bedroom) and one folding armchair, so two small families can also be accommodated here.
The house is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet, mosquito nets, safe, hairdryer, microwave, bathroom, and a spacious terrace.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and linen are done every three days.
The courtyard is very large and a parking space is provided. Guests have at their disposal a built-in barbecue and a dining set.
After coming from Limenaria, turn left towards Teologos, then turn left again into the second street and drive straight and slightly left until you come across a warehouse on the left side. There is a narrow road on the right side where you drive another 70 meters to the house.
If you find it difficult to find your way, it is best to contact the owner upon arrival in Thassos, whose number we will send you in the voucher, or you can stop by our agency located right across from the church in Potos, so we can help you find your way.
If you want a real family cottage, privacy, and peace during your vacation, Kokkinos Summer House is an excellent choice.
All the amenities that Potos offers are within a three to four-minute walk, starting from the promenade, restaurants, cafes, shops to the amusement park and the beach.

- Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
