East Coast Aliky Studios is a newly built accommodation, located just a few steps away from a small beach that is not very crowded, giving you the feeling of being on a private beach. This is a very high-quality accommodation, situated in a peaceful location and offering private parking.

East Coast Aliky is situated in the village of Aliki, just a few meters from the beach, while the nearest larger market and bakery can be found in the village of Kinira.

This accommodation offers six double studios, spread across two small houses. It is exclusively for adults.

In the house closer to the road, there are four studios (25m2) on the ground floor. The studios are identical, each with a double bed. They also have a kitchenette with a coffee maker and a fridge. These units have a balcony with a view of the garden.

In the house closer to the beach, on the upper ground floor, there are two suite studios (45m2). These studios are more spacious than those in the first building, as the sleeping area is separate from the kitchen and living room. They are equipped with a double bed, a sofa set in the living room, and a kitchenette with a coffee maker and a fridge. These units offer a view of the sea and the beach.

The units have a TV, air conditioning, internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The bathrooms are equipped with glass partitions. Pets are welcome, but prior notice is required before making a reservation. There is also an option for breakfast, which can be arranged with the owners on site.

Upon entering the accommodation, there is a private parking area for the guests.

Cleaning, towel, and linen changes are done every other day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 18 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
