Nerium Apartments is a newly built, modernly equipped facility located in Leptokarya, 180m from the sandy beach.

Accommodation units are available on the ground floor, first floor, and third floor.

Studio Blue Paradise, Blue View can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio Orange Dream can accommodate up to four people and consists of a double bed, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio for guests with disabilities can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair are available.

These air-conditioned accommodation units offer guests a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

The reception is open 24 hours a day. There is an option to pay for meals at the nearby Dafni hotel restaurant.

Guests can enjoy warm summer days with panoramic views of the sea and mount Olympus from the veranda or balcony furnished with seating sets.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

All praises and recommendations for the accommodation and hosts. The hotel is new, equipped with an elevator, and is very close to the beach. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, with a spacious, clean, and new bathroom. Every detail is harmoniously designed with great taste. The terrace is large, featuring a big table and chairs, as well as a clothes dryer. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The apartment also has a safe. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel and rooms are maintained at a top-notch level. Parking is available next to the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our hosts, Sonja and Ilija, are wonderful and generous people, always polite and ready to assist in any way. Upon our arrival, they provided us with all the necessary information about important places for our stay, with precise locations on Google Maps. Since we encountered car trouble upon arrival, Ilija arranged for a very good and affordable mechanic with just one call, who came to our aid, welcomed us, and repaired our car the day before the Great Lady's holiday. We give our highest recommendations and warm regards.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
