Nerium Apartments is a newly built, modernly equipped facility located in Leptokarya, 180m from the sandy beach.

Accommodation units are available on the ground floor, first floor, and third floor.

Studio Blue Paradise, Blue View can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio Orange Dream can accommodate up to four people and consists of a double bed, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio for guests with disabilities can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair are available.

These air-conditioned accommodation units offer guests a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

The reception is open 24 hours a day. There is an option to pay for meals at the nearby Dafni hotel restaurant.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
