Villa Wilma is a family house in Potos, not so far from the beach. It offers two apartments with traditional style, hygiene is very good and it is good value for money.

The house is 600 meters far from the city beach and some meters less from first supermarket and taverns.

Villa has two floors and two apartments. The owners live on the first floor while second floor has two apartments for rent. Both apartments are decorated with details, books, so you will feel warm, as if your friends have left their house for you to take care of.

One apartment is duplex (30m2) and it has two bedrooms and kitchen. In every bedroom there are two single beds. If needed , there is possibility of adding an extra bed in the kitchen. This apartment is ideal for two couples or bigger family because this bedrooms have separated doors. Kitchen is fully equipped, owner makes sure that you don’t need a thing. You can find there the big fridge with freezer, machine for tea and for nes frappe, coffee mat and dinner set. Bathroom has a bathtub. Balcony overlooks sea and there are two tables with chairs and umbrellas.

Other apartment (25m2) is four bed apartment, it is with smaller area and it has one bedroom and living room in witch there is kitchen. Rooms are also separated by doors and it has 4 single bed (each room have two single beds). It is suitable for a family with three children or for 2 couples.

Kitchen has also everything needed.

Every apartment has air conditioner and fan, TV, internet, bathroom and balcony on the front part of the villa so they look on the street. Owners separate balconies if there are two different companies.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linen is done after 5 days.

The yard is medium size and is located on the rear of the villa, so it is protected from any noise from the street. It is nicely decorated with small details, flowers and trees and it has barbecue.

In front of the villa there is parking place for two cars, as it has two apartments.

Owners speak English, Greek and German, so communication can be easy if you speak some of those.

This villa you will find easy. When you come to Potos from Limenaria, turn left on the central crossroads and drive 2-3 minutes, around 500m, towards traditional village Theologos. On your left side, after Muses Villa, you will recognize Wilma, little two floored villa all covered with greenery. It is 600m away from the city beach and little less from supermarket, first taverns and restaurants.

If you need good base to start a trip around island, middle quality with a soul, Wilma can be perfect choice for you.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
