Hotel Description

Astris Studios is the accommodation in Astris, less than 100m from the beach. The accommodation is renovated and nicely decorated, with great position and parking. We recommend it to families with children because the garden has lots of greenery, flowers and shade, it’s located in a quiet place, near the market and a minute away from the beach.

The main beach in Astris is at 130m, while the nearest beach is right across the road, in front of the Astris Beach Hotel. There you can use deck chairs and umbrellas with a paid drink. Within the accommodation there’s a mini-market, it has good prices and there you can buy everything you need.

Astris Studios is a beautiful complex of recent date, surrounded by greenery. It has two buildings, one is closer to the street, and the other is in a courtyard behind. There are five studios (four were renovated) for 2-3 people in the building near the street. In the building behind there are two apartments, each for five persons. This is the building where the accommodation Astris Suites is located.

The studios are suitable for two people (18m2), they are located on the high ground floor, three face the courtyard, and two face the street. The studios are equipped with one double bed. The kitchen is located on the terrace, which is a good solution considering that cooking smells do not go into the room. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Only one of the renovated studios has a kitchen inside and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom. The three-bed lux superior studio has one double bed and one single bed, the kitchen is on the terrace, and the bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. It is also suitable for three adults. The beds in this studio are wooden.

Apartments for five persons (40m2) are located on the ground floor and have two air-conditioned bedrooms each. The first one is with one double and a single bed and exit to the terrace in the back, and the other has two more single beds and exit to the terrace in the front. Within the apartment, there’s also a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower tub and curtain. One of these two apartments has been renovated for the 2026 season.

Each accommodation unit has a kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, mosquito nets, internet access and a terrace. The terraces are large, with a table and chairs and very pleasant for sitting, enjoying, preparing meals and dining.

Cleaning, as well as replacing linen and towels, is performed after four days.

The yard is nicely arranged, with lots of greenery, flowers and shade, as well as with two barbecues. Parking with enough space for everyone is located in the back of the yard.

Follow the main road for 5,5km after Potos, until you see the post for Astris Studios on your left. There’s also a market owned by the same owners. 500m before Astris you’ill come across the famous Psiliammos beach. The advantage of this accommodation is a bus stop nearby, for those who came to the island without a car.

If you’re looking for decent and clean accommodation near the beautiful beach, with a mini-market in the same yard, at 500m from Psiliammos beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island and near the famous Salonikios beach, Astris Studios can be an excellent choice.

July 15-20, 2013. With my girlfriend and two friends. The courtyard and apartments are beautifully arranged, and the guests are pleasant, just like the hosts. The only downside is the small kitchen.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
