Our description
Villa Floral 1 is located in the very center of Potos, a 5-minute walk from the town beach. Nearby, there are a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes... It is a well-preserved villa, on an excellent location, with affordable prices.
The villa is only 160m away from the beach.
For online booking, there are two available studios, with the capacity of up to three adults.
The 3 Bed Studios are located on the high ground floor. They feature one double bed and a sofa bed. Both studios have a balcony and a street view.
All units have WiFi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV and A/C.
Cleaning is done every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
The courtyard is beautifully landscaped. It has a table and chairs for seating, as well as a barbecue available to all the guests of this accommodation.
The villa does not have a private parking, but the guests can park their vehicles at the public parking lot, which is less than 300m away from it.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn into the first street on the right, drive about 100 meters to the Potos rent-a-car agency. Villa Floral 1 is right across the street from this agency.
If you are in need of a decent accommodation in the heart of Potos, just a few steps away from all amenities, then Villa Flora 1 could be a good choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sad se setih ovog sajta i Potosa.Ljudi nama je bilo fantastično u Sotiri!Na savršenoj je lokaciji,čisto je i na 5 dana su nam promenili posteljinu,vlasnik je gostoljubiv i kulturan.Bilo je savršeno!

Nikana, da li je u pitanju vila koja ima dva nivoa sa terasama, donja ograda je bela gornja crna, i ima neke narandzaste detalje na fasadi? :) ja se nadam da ce clan koji je pre moje prve poruke napisao poruku i ponudio slike ako nekog zanima da se javi. veliki pozdrav

postovani, nazalost nemamo fotografije. svratila sam jednom do ispred kuce ali su mi rekli da su sve sobe izdate agenciji i nisam ih gledala

cao :) mene zanimaju ovogodisnje fotografiije vile Sotira, imam uplaceno za avgust. Citala sam dosta komentara, kako je vila nekome dobra nekome ne, pa me interesuje trenutno stanje. Inace imam fotografije iz agencije kako sobe unutra izgledaju, ali nikako ne mogu da ukapiram koja je vila u pitanju od spolja, posto sa slicnim nazivom postoji nekoliko. Bilo koja pomoc je dobrodosla. Pozdrav

Bila sam sada,krajem maja i početkom juna u Sotiri i oduševila sam se http://cdna.nikana.gr/media/kunena/emoticons/smile.png Sve je čisto i uredno,apartman je moderan i u lepim bojama,tu je tv,klima,wi fi...menjali su postelinu na 5 dana i čistili,cena je više nego pristojna itd...tu su i moje fotografije ako nekoga zanima

Ja danas uplatila ovu vilu za avgust..Renoviran prvi sprat sto je sjajno,posto cula negativne komentare za tu agenciju,al verujem mojoj agenciji koja je uzela ovog leta.Pozdrav i svaka cast za sajt.
