Welcome to our cozy 25 sq.m. apartment, located on the high ground floor (four steps) of a lovely two-story house set on a spacious 350 sq.m. plot, just 30 meters away from the sea.
Inside, you'll find a comfy bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed for a child, along with a wardrobe for your belongings. There's also a separate kitchen area where you can cook and even open up a second bed for another child if needed.
Step out onto your private balcony for a beautiful view of the beach, or head down to the garden below where you'll find a swing, barbecue.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
