Welcome to our cozy 25 sq.m. apartment, located on the high ground floor (four steps) of a lovely two-story house set on a spacious 350 sq.m. plot, just 30 meters away from the sea.

Inside, you’ll find a comfy bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed for a child, along with a wardrobe for your belongings. There’s also a separate kitchen area where you can cook - there’s a second single bed.

Step out onto your private balcony for a beautiful view of the beach, or head down to the garden below where you’ll find a swing, barbecue.

We’ve got all the essentials covered, including air conditioning, electric stove, refrigerator, TV, and coffee machine. Plus, stay connected with free wifi.

Located just 200 meters from the port and close to taverns and cafes, you’ll have everything you need nearby. And with a small sandy beach right in front, you’ll have endless opportunities for fun in the sun.

When we arrived, we heard that Grandma was unwell and we wished her a speedy recovery. The tradition of a kind host continues with Kosmas, his son, for whom I have nothing but praise—an exceptional host who helped us a great deal. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and tidy; even in the more affordable apartments, we have never had more comfortable duvets: almost new, thick, and wonderfully cosy. Double pillows in the wardrobe, spare clean bed linen, huge hotel towels (large and small)—everything was more than enough for our family of four. A large new fridge with a freezer, a cooker with an oven—another rarity in Greece; a water boiler with hot water, air conditioning included in the price, and the tax already calculated. The greatest advantage is the courtyard—only yours: a stone patio with a table and chairs, a parking space, and an outdoor shower with a solar boiler that we used constantly. There was also a barbecue and charcoal, plus a fold-out clothes dryer... On the front side there is another terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment has PVC sliding windows and mosquito screens, and it is full of blooming oleanders. Across the road you’ll find the beach, with some shade spots as well. There’s a bar nearby, tavernas, gyros, a market... From the ferry you can get there literally on foot; it’s not noisy at all—literally only three times a day from Kavala. The beach is warm, child-friendly, and stretches for a long distance, so everyone can find their own favourite spot... I had an injury and also a problem with my car, but I resolved everything easily thanks to the owner, with whom we had regular contact. Thank you until next time...

The greatest value of this accommodation is the beautiful and tranquil beach just across the road, with clear and pristine waters. It is ideal for families; our teenage children were able to cross the road on their own and enjoy the beach while we watched them from the terrace, sipping coffee, preparing lunch, or grilling. The beach is visited by only a few passersby, giving you a sense of privacy. Between the beach and the house lies a row of pines that provide pleasant, natural shade, where you can park your car, and there is also a bench for resting. The yard is beautifully landscaped – grass, olive trees, shade, an outdoor shower, a grill, and swings. The hostess, a kind and unobtrusive grandmother, welcomed us with pastries, delighted us with croissants during our stay, and sent us off with small gifts. The apartment is small and older, but it features a large comfortable bed and two single beds. Although it is next to the road, traffic is light. The kitchen is well-equipped, though it lacks a lot of dishes, but it is sufficient for basic needs. The place is peaceful, without crowds, yet with shops, taverns, and cafes nearby. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Discounts

For reservations for period from 01.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, for stays of 10 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 40 euros per day.
For reservations for period from 06.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, there is a discounted price of 50 euros per day.
For reservations for period from 14.07.2026 to 21.07.2026, there is a discounted price of 60 euros per day.
