Our description
Maria Tsakni Rooms is the accommodation in Ammouliani Island, just a short walk from the center and markets, bakeries and restaurants. There are 11 clean and tidy studios (some with a sea view from afar). One of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, is about 2km away, which is why this accommodation is one of the most sought after.
The nearest beach is about 250m away.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet access, mosquito nets (and apparatus with a tablet against the insects), an equipped kitchen, shower with a curtain in a bathroom and a terrace or veranda with a tumble dryer.
The peculiarity of this facility is that in some studios, the bathroom or kitchen is physically separated from the room, and belongs only to the guests staying there (they have a key), so they're not shared areas. An extra bed can be added to some of the studios.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after three days.
The yard is very small, but the building is surrounded by a variety of flowers, so you can immediately recognize it.
There's no private parking, so guests park their vehicles in close proximity.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlična lokacija,smještaj čist i uredan. Za 8 dana odmora 2x čišćeno mijenjana posteljina i peškiri.Imali smo divan pogled na more😍 Vlasnica ljubazna i ne nametljiva. Sve u svemu jedno divno ljetovanje na lijepom ostrvcetu sa predivnim plažama,morem i super smještajem. Hvala Nikana na sigurnoj rezervaciji i sve je baš onako kako ste opisali. PS Nikana vidimo se sledeće godine na nekoj drugoj destinaciji malo da istražujemo Grčku uz Vas... Srdačan pozdrav

Poštovani, zanima me smeštaj Maria Tsakni Rooms. Potrebne su mi dve smeštajne jedinice. U jednoj bi bio bračni par sa detetom, a u drugoj samo bračni par. Period od 9/10/11. septembra, 8 noći.

Gazdarica Sotiria je vrlo ljubazna. Studio je jako mali, ali je najvaznije da je sve cisto.

Lep, cist smestaj, dovoljno peskira, tople vode, komarnici, klima, lep pogled na luku i na poluostrvo Atos, sve je blizu prodavnice, pekara, taverne. Gazdarice ljubazne i spremne da pomognu.
