Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Maria Tsakni Rooms is the accommodation in Ammouliani Island, just a short walk from the center and markets, bakeries and restaurants. There are 11 clean and tidy studios (some with a sea view from afar). One of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, is about 2km away, which is why this accommodation is one of the most sought after.
The nearest beach is about 250m away.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet access, mosquito nets (and apparatus with a tablet against the insects), an equipped kitchen, shower with a curtain in a bathroom and a terrace or veranda with a tumble dryer.
The peculiarity of this facility is that in some studios, the bathroom or kitchen is physically separated from the room, and belongs only to the guests staying there (they have a key), so they're not shared areas. An extra bed can be added to some of the studios.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after three days.
The yard is very small, but the building is surrounded by a variety of flowers, so you can immediately recognize it.
There's no private parking, so guests park their vehicles in close proximity.

Poštovani, da li imate slobodan trokrevetni apartman u vremenskom periodu od 14.06.2025 do 24.06.2025 (deset noći), za dve odrasle osobe i jedno dete starosti 11 godina, Apartmaj je potrebno da ima, pogled na more, kupatilo, i kuhinju u istoj jedinici, Unapred zahvalan !!!!!!!!!!!

Da li možete da proverite sa vlasnikom smeštaja da li bi mogli da se smestimo u studju Maria Tasakin rooms 2 odrasla i 3 deteta, treće dete ima 3 godine i spavalo bi u zajedničkom ležaju sa roditeljima?

Poštovani, da li mozete da mi objasnite ovaj deo teksta kako mislite da kuhinja ii kupatilu su odvojeni od sobe. Da li u studiju ima kuhinja i kupatilo. Ili je to negde odvojeno pa koriste vise ljudi. Hteli smo da rezervisemo, al mi nije jasno ovo sto pise.

Dobar dan, Ako bi smo rezervisali apartaman u narednom periodu, da li postoji mogucnos da rezervisemo apartman u kojem postoji kuhinja i kupatilo (da ne budu izdvojeno od apartana). Rezervisali bi smo minimum 10 noci, dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece.

Postovani, Molim Vas da mi posaljete slike smestaja koji sam rezervisao. Nisam napisao da bih zeleo terasu sa pogledom na more i da studio bude na 1-vom ili drugom spratu. Hvala.
