Hotel Description

Maria Tsakni Rooms is accommodation on the island of Amuljani, just a minute’s walk from the center and the market, bakery and restaurant. We offer 10 clean and tidy studios (some with a view of the sea from a distance). One of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, is about 2km away, so this is an additional reason why this accommodation is one of the most sought after.

The nearest beach is about 250m away.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets (and a device with an anti-insect tablet), an equipped kitchen, a shower with a curtain in the bathroom and a terrace, i.e. a veranda with a clothes dryer.

The building is of cascade construction, part of the building is entered from the yard on one side, while the other part is entered from the front of the building.

In the courtyard, there are studios 1M and 2M on the ground floor. Studio 1M has a double bed and bunk beds, while studio 2M has a double and single bed and an extra bed. Both studios have front porches and they are not enclosed.

To the left of the entrance to the courtyard are studios 5A and 6A. They are raised from the courtyard level by several steps and have fenced terraces. Studio 5A has a double bed and a single bed, while studio 6A has only a double bed.

The second part of the building is entered from the front. On the upper ground floor are studios 3A and 4A. Studio 3A has a double bed and a single bed, while studio 4A is for two people and has a double bed. Both studios have terraces with sea views.

An external staircase leads to the first floor of the building, where studios 3A and 4A are located. Both have double beds and bunk beds and terraces with sea views.

On the second, top floor, there are two studios, 5M and 6M. Studio 5M has a separate kitchen, which is used only by the guests of this unit, and has a French and single bed and a terrace with the most beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. Studio 6M has a double bed (an extra bed can be added, but this will affect comfort) and this studio has a terrace with a view of the sea.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

The yard is very small, but the building is covered with a variety of flowers, by which you will immediately recognize it.

There is no private parking, so guests park their vehicles in the immediate vicinity.

If you’re looking for a decent accommodation in a good location on Ammouliani island, Maria Tsakni Rooms might be a perfect choice.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
