Our description
Peristerianos Apartments is the accommodation in a very good location, in the center of Nea Skioni, near the port, and only 30m away from the beach. It offers three studios with a capacity of up to three people, six quadruple apartments and one sextuple duplex apartment. All units except for two quadruple apartments have a direct or side sea view.
Two studios are double and have one double bed and one studio is triple and has one double and one single bed.
Six quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. One of them accommodates a fifth person, on the additional sofa bed in the living room.
The sextuple duplex apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed in each and a sofa bed for two in the living room. Both bedrooms have a terrace overlooking the sea. It's located on the second floor.
All studios and apartments have mosquito nets, are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, two hot plates and a fridge with freezer. The duplex apartment has a large stove and a large fridge with freezer. All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.
The double studios on the ground floor are suitable for people with special needs.
Cleaning is provided by guests, while towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Laundry service is available for an extra charge.
There is no private parking, but across the street, by the harbor, there is a free public parking.

Owners description
The building that houses Peristerianos Rooms & Apartments is located on a privileged position on the beach of Nea Skioni, Halkidiki. Right in front of the small harbor and on the center of the pedestrian road, Peristerianos Apartments is near stores and taverns and in between the two organized beaches of our village. Access is more than easy from the main beach road and the municipal parking is just in front of Peristerianos Apartments. The view is beautiful and relaxing coming from the harmonic combination of the blue of the sea and the green of the countryside. You will feel that strolling up and down the pedestrian road by the beach.
Peristerianos Apartments & Rooms are located in a three-storey building and include six quadruple rooms, one triple room and two double rooms. In every room, we have the ability to accommodate additional person.
The quadruple rooms include one bathroom, a kitchen, living room - where two persons can be hosted in two single beds - and a separate bedroom with one double bed. The triple room includes one bathroom, a kitchen and living room room with one double bed and two single beds. All of our rooms have spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. All our rooms are fully furnished and the kitchen has many provisions that you may need while cooking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
