Peristerianos Apartments is the accommodation in a very good location, in the center of Nea Skioni, near the port, and only 30m away from the beach. It offers three studios with a capacity of up to three people, six quadruple apartments and one sextuple duplex apartment. All units except for two quadruple apartments have a direct or side sea view.

The double studio is intended for a maximum of two adults, it is located on the ground floor and features a double bed. There are two triple studios, one of which is located on the ground floor and includes a double bed and a fold-out armchair. It is intended for a maximum of three adults. The other studio is located on the second floor and is suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child. It features a double bed and a single bed.

Six quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. One of them accommodates a fifth person, on the additional sofa bed in the living room.

The sextuple duplex apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed in each and a sofa bed for two in the living room. Both bedrooms have a terrace overlooking the sea. It’s located on the second floor.

All studios and apartments have mosquito nets, are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, two hot plates and a fridge with freezer. The duplex apartment has a large stove and a large fridge with freezer. All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.

The ground-floor studios are suitable for guests with special needs.

Cleaning is provided by guests, while towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Laundry service is available for an extra charge.

There is no private parking, but across the street, by the harbor, there is a free public parking.

For reservations in 3 Bed Studio, Ground Floor, Sea View, for period from 20.07.2026 to 30.07.2026, there is a discounted price of 69 euros per day.
The discounted price applies to the stay of three persons. For the stay of two persons, a discounted price of 65€ per day is approved.
For reservations in 2 Bed Studio, Sea View, for period from 26.07.2026 to 10.08.2026, for stays of 15 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 65 euros per day.
For the period from July 26, 2026 to August 5, 2026, for stays of 10 nights, a discounted rate of 67 € per day is available.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
