Peristerianos Apartments is the accommodation in a very good location, in the center of Nea Skioni, near the port, and only 30m away from the beach. It offers three studios with a capacity of up to three people, six quadruple apartments and one sextuple duplex apartment. All units except for two quadruple apartments have a direct or side sea view.

Two studios are double and have one double bed and one studio is triple and has one double and one single bed.

Six quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. One of them accommodates a fifth person, on the additional sofa bed in the living room.

The sextuple duplex apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed in each and a sofa bed for two in the living room. Both bedrooms have a terrace overlooking the sea. It’s located on the second floor.

All studios and apartments have mosquito nets, are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, two hot plates and a fridge with freezer. The duplex apartment has a large stove and a large fridge with freezer. All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.

The double studios on the ground floor are suitable for people with special needs.

Cleaning is provided by guests, while towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Laundry service is available for an extra charge.

There is no private parking, but across the street, by the harbor, there is a free public parking.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
