Owners description
Our villa Kontantinidis is located in Skala Kallirachi, a small place, surrounded by greenery that gives a feeling of complete peace. It consists of one bedroom and the bed has one double bed, bunk beds and there is a sofa for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped and guests have at their disposal air conditioning and TV. There is also a terrace, where you can relax and hang out.
The city beach is located 300m from the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
