Our description
Alkyon Apartments & Villas is located about 200m from the beach. Guests have access to a large pool with children's section, deck chairs and umbrellas around the pool, café bar, internet corner, TV lounge, lobby, wireless internet and private parking with limited number of places.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are located at 250m.
Town center is at about 800m away.
There are total of 16 accommodation units:
- six double studios (22m2) - have one double or two single beds and a sofa or a bit smaller built bed,
- eight quadruple apartments (40m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area,
- two three-storey villas (90m2) for up to six people, have one double, three single beds and a sofa bed.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, bathroom with hairdryer and cosmetics, telephone, terrace and kitchen with a hot plate with two rings and small fridge with freezer compartment.
Cleaning is performed five times a week, while bed linen and towels are replaced three times a week.
The reception is open 24 hours a day and offers the following services: car and motorbike rental, safe deposit box, doctor on call, printer and fax usage, wake up call and taxi service.
When you enter Ligia, drive on the main street. Turn right at the Konaki Hotel on the main road and after 150m you will see Alkyon Apartments and Villas on your right hand side.
Alkyon Apartments & Villas has a perfect location close to the beach on a quiet place. It's ideal for demanding families and travelers.

Owners description
The Alkyon Hotel is an apartment complex built in the traditional fishing village of Lygia, on the island of Lefkas. It consists of six studios, eight apartments and two separate three-storey houses.
Each studio/apartment/house has its own style and is decorated with handmade furnishings, wooden ceilings and has spacious balconies. The Alkyon can accommodate up to 50 people. The resort is located 90m from the sea and 60 metres from the provincial road (leading from Lefkas to Nidri) and 700m from the fishing port of Lygia. The distance from the Alkyon Hotel to Lefkas Town is 6km, to Nidri 10km and to Preveza airport 26km.
The Alkyon comprises four other buildings besides the reception. The different buildings are called Kirki, Kalypso, Aiolos and Apollon, names deriving from Greek Mythology.
All the studios, apartments and detached houses have a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking facilities on an electric hob, a television, telephone, celing fan, air-conditioning, safe, dining area, utensils, sofabed, balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
