Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Minos Apartments is situated in the center of the village of Skala Maries, offering two apartments with a view of the sea. This accommodation is a fine choice for families, elegantly decorated and in close proximity to the popular sandy beach of Atspas.
The lodging is located just 80m away from the municipal beach and the town center where taverns, shops, a pharmacy, butcher, and bakery can be found.
There are two quadruple apartments on the first floor (45m2), each featuring a double bed in the bedroom and another double bed in the living room. One apartment has a direct, and the other a side view of the sea.
The apartments are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, mosquito nets, and a television. Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and linens are done every three days.
Guests can find parking in the nearby streets.
The Minos Apartment is an excellent choice for those seeking accommodation in the heart of the village, not far from the beach.
