Minos Apartment is located in the center of Skala Maries and offers a spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms and a sea view. Accommodation is a good choice for couples. It is modernly decorated and is located near the popular sandy beach Atspas.
The apartment is located at a distance of 80m from the city beach and the city center where you can find taverns, shops, pharmacy, meat markets and bakeries.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a size of 84m2. It's located on the first floor. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other two single beds. In the living room there is a corner sofa and equipped kitchen with large fridge and stove. There is a bath in the bathroom. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed or baby cot because the apartment is for up to four adults. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment has three air conditioners, hairdryer, internet, mosquito nets and TV. Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning and replacing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
Parking place guests can find in the nearby streets.
Apartment Minos is a good choice for those who are looking for accommodation in the city center, not far from the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
