Description
Golden Beach Hotel is located in Metamorfosi, at the beginning (western entrance) of Sithonia, only 30m from the nearest beach with a beach bar.
This three-star hotel, that is renovated in 2019, spreads over four levels and features an elevator. It consists of 47 rooms - 39 triple rooms with a double and a single bed, economy on the ground floor and standard on the first, second and third floor, four family suites that can accommodate up to four persons as they include a double and two single beds and are located on the second and third floor, four family standard rooms with a capacity for four persons as they include a double bed and two single beds and are located on the second and third floor.
There is a possibility of adding a baby cot on request and at no additional cost.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have WiFi internet, flat screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer on request and a mini bar. Hotel has a reception and a main restaurant where the guests can have a rich buffet breakfast served from 08:00 until 10:00 and dinner served from 18:30 until 21:00.
Most of the rooms offer direct or side sea view from the private balcony equipped with a seating set.
Hotel has small yard with an outdoor pool with a part for children, sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas that can be used free of charge, a pool bar that serves drinks and snacks and a children’s playcorner.
This hotel doesn't accept pets.
The cleaning of the rooms is done on a daily basis, while towels and bed sheets are changed after three nights.
There is a public parking area available for the guests of the hotel.
International Airport in Thessaloniki is 83km away and Nikiti is 7km away.

• If the room is used by one adult (and a child up to 1.99 years old), there is an additional charge of 70% of the regular price.
• In the case of one adult staying with a child from 2 to 11.99 years old, the price for two adults will be calculated.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 4 or more days prior to arrival, 70% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 1 or more days prior to arrival, 90% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovanje, Mozete li mi reci, da li 3 bad room HB, 828e u terminu od 01. do 07.9, ima terasu sa pogledom na more? S obzirom da bi od prekosutra krenuo aranzman u kom iznosu bi trebao da se uplati depozit? Unapred hvala,
