Our description

Sea Pearl Studios is located about 150m from the center of Nea Vrasna and 140m from the beach. Guests can use a small swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as the reception area. The basic service is the rent of studios, but there's a possibility pay additionally for buffet breakfast.

The closest store is at 100m, while the bakery is 150m away.

The accommodation has triple studios (about 22m2) with one double and a single bed, i.e. quadruple studios (about 25m2) with one double and two bunk beds.

The studios are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen (small fridge with freezer and a hot plate with two rings), safe box, mosquito nets, bathroom (complete hotel cosmetics and hairdryer) and a terrace.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three days, while cleaning is done every day.

Private parking is not available but on the street near the villa, there's no problem finding a parking spot, except in the high season.

After entering Nea Vrasna at the traffic light, pass by the gas station on the right side and turn into the third street left. Continue straight for another 400m until you reach the accommodation on the left side.

Sea Pearl Studios is a brand new complex (May 2014) of seven modern, elegant self-catering studios for rent. Our studios for rent is a family-run business, with many years of experience in the hospitality sector. The Sea Pearl is located at the seafront village of Nea Vrasna and features all the facilities and amenities expected of a modern and tasteful retreat as well as a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool that are bound to offer to our guests a truly memorable stay in affordable prices.

The wonderful quiet position, the short ways to the beach and the rest points of interest, are good reasons for you to visit us and enjoy pleasant and restful vacations at an ideal location. Being no more than 90m away from the beach, our apartments allow easy access to most of the local hot spots. Local shops are close at hand, with a selection of tavernas, restaurants, and bars laid out along the sea.

The Sea Pearl apartments for rent offers spacious self-catering accommodation right next to the seaside and is ideal for families or friends who want to experience the wonderful Greek summer the right way. Feel free to relax on your private balcony or freshen yourselves diving into the refined beauty of our Sea Pearl’s large pool during a hot summer day. Swim, take your drink, relax or simply enjoy a daytime recoil. And for the young ones, there is a separate pool where they can splash around as much as they like. Start the day enjoying the coffee and the delicious breakfast offered by the Sea Pearl, on your spacious private balcony, whilst admiring the morning sun and the relaxing atmosphere of our garden. Prepare meals in your own time, using your private and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the endless, charming Nea Vrasna seaside foot-walk or get fun at the numerous beach bars and clubs. Take some time to relax while swimming or sunbathing or play beach volleyball or any other beach/water sports along the endless, golden sandy beach, just in front of your studio.

The Sea Pearl consists of seven brand new studios with six of them lying on the ground floor while one on the first floor. There are two types of studios. Four of them consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, for up to four people. Each kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and the couch can be transformed into a very comfortable double bed. The other three studios offer a bedroom with one double and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, for up to three people.

Our apartments come in three decorative colour variations (green, violet and beige) so as each one has its own subtly different layout and character. All of them are carefully equipped with handsome, modern furniture which promises to satisfy every need and create a peaceful, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for our valuable guests. Besides that, individually controlled air-conditioning is available in each studio for better ventilation. Each apartment features a balcony that looks at the front side of Sea Pearl house facing the pool area. It comes with a pedestal table and beautiful chairs, where one can enjoy the delicious breakfast, a coffee or refreshment in the pleasant summer breeze.

We offer services to the guests so that their stay is comfortable, pleasant and safe from their arrival until their departure. The bed sheets and the towels are changed upon your request. The apartments are cleaned and disinfected upon your request as well. In addition, Hot water during the whole day is also available. Finally, our reception service promises to help you satisfy every need or wish that comes up during your stay at the Sea Pearl Studios in Nea Vrasna.
