Hotel Description

Sea Pearl Studios is located about 150m from the center of Nea Vrasna and 140m from the beach. Guests can use a small swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as the reception area. The basic service is the rent of studios.

The closest store is at 100m, while the bakery is 150m away.

The accommodation has triple studios (about 22m2) with one double and a single bed, i.e. quadruple studios (about 25m2) with one double and two bunk beds.

The studios are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen (small fridge with freezer and a hot plate with two rings), safe box, mosquito nets, bathroom (complete hotel cosmetics and hairdryer) and a terrace.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three days, while cleaning is done every day.

Private parking is not available but on the street near the villa, there’s no problem finding a parking spot, except in the high season.

After entering Nea Vrasna at the traffic light, pass by the gas station on the right side and turn into the third street left. Continue straight for another 400m until you reach the accommodation on the left side.

A good apartment with a swimming pool, clean, towels are changed regularly. A solid price in relation to quality.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
