Hotel Description

Hotel Philoxenia is located in the small village Skala Prinos and it offers to the guests a number of rooms that can be booked on a bed and breakfast basis. Accommodation is nicely decorated and has a spacious yard that you can enjoy in during your visit to Thassos.

Hotel is located 200m from the center of Skala Prinos, port and the nearest shop, while the city beach is at the distance of 350m.

Hotel offers 12 rooms located on the first or second floor. On the first floor there are two double and two triple rooms, while on the second floor there are six double and two triple rooms. All units have a terrace overlooking the yard and surrounding area. Double rooms have an area of 16m2 and within the room there are two single beds, refrigerator and bathroom with shower and curtain. Triple rooms have one double and one single bed and an area of 19m2. These units also have a fridge and a bathroom with shower and curtain.

All rooms have air conditioning, internet connection, TV, kettle, safe, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Guests can pay for breakfast if they wish. There is a bar on site.

Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

The yard is nicely decorated and with sun beds, tables and chairs.

Parking is provided for all guests of the hotel.

Coming from Limenas, turn right from the main road, towards the port in Skala Prinos. Before the rent-a-car shop Mike’s Bike, turn left onto a dirt road, then left again at the second turn and you will reach the Hotel Philoxenia.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
