Our description

Lakis Pension offers to the guests a number of studios and rooms located in Skala Prinos, close to the port and the beach. Villa is situated in a quiet location and has a large yard.

Accommodation is located at a distance of 200m from the city beach, town center of Skala Prinos and port, as well as the nearest stores.

Accommodation offers six studios (two quadruple and four double) and four rooms (two double and two triple). Four-bed units have an area of ​​about 38m2, while all the others are slightly smaller and have about 25m2.

There are two buildings in the yard.
In the smaller house, on the ground floor there are four double studios that have double beds. Each unit has its own unfenced seating area in front of the front door.

All other units are located in another larger building.
One four-bed studio is located on the high ground floor, while the other is on the first floor. These units have kitchen located on the terrace and one double and two single beds.
Two double rooms with a double bed are located on the high ground floor, while triple rooms with three single beds are on the first floor.

All units have air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a bathroom with a shower. Rooms do not have a kitchen, but only a small refrigerator, while studios besides the fridge have hot plates too.

Cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen are done every five days.

The yard is spacious and within there is a parking lot. There is enough space for all the guests.

Coming from Limenas, turn right into the last street before the crossroads where you turn towards the port in Skala Prinos. You will see the accommodation from your left after about 20m.
