Alkmini Villa is one of the most popular acommodations in our offer. It is a very beautiful villa, within walking distance of the beach and all the facilities that one place offers.
Villa Alkmini is located in the heart of Skala Potamia, 150m from the city beach.
It is a relatively new villa, with nicely equipped apartments. The villa consists of three buildings. Two buildings have three apartments and one has two.
All apartments are identical, except that the apartments on the ground floor have one terrace, while the apartments on the first floor have two terraces. The apartments on the second, highest floor have the most beautiful sea view. The apartments have one sofa bed the size of a double bed in the living room. There is a kitchen in the same room. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door.
For season 2022. only 4 apartments are available for internet reservations, one in the ground floor and three on the upper floors.
Cleaning is done regularly, as well as change of bed linen and towels.
The terraces are spacious, the kitchens are decently equipped. All apartments have air conditioning (in the bedroom), wireless internet signal and TV. There are mosquito nets but only on the windows.
Within the yard there is a parking space for 4-5 cars.
This villa is a great choice for all who want accommodation in the center, near the promenade, beach, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, and at the same time want quality and new accommodation.
At the central crossroads (from the main road) from the direction of Golden Beach, go left, then into the first street on the right and after about 50 meters you will see Villa Alkmini on the left side of the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Nas apartman bio je na gornjem spratu. Predivan je pogled na more. Menjana nam je posteljina jedanput, apartman je ciscen tri puta. Peskiri su besprekorno beli kao i posteljina. Kreveti su udobni. Frižider je veći sto nam je bas značilo. Apartman poseduje i ketler. Plaža je jako blizu, kao i šetalište sa tabernama. Buka se ne čuje, samo zvuci talasa. Iskrene preporuke.

Krajem avgusta smo boravili u apartmanu sa bebom i malim detetom. Velika prednost zbog proatora koji apartman pruža a uz to je na 3 min. hoda od uređene, peščane plaže koja je idealna za decu a tu je i šetalište. Parking mesta ima u dvorištu kao i na ulici ispred vila. Sve je opremljeno, uredno, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na 3 dana... Vrlo moguće se da ćemo se videti opet...

We have been to many places in Thassos, but this apartment has the best location, you go out and you are on the beach, price ratio and environment, I can say that it is the best place we have stayed so far on Potamia rock.
