Everything is great.

The apartment is exceptional, extremely comfortable, and I genuinely believe it measures around 55-60 square meters. It is rare to find such an apartment with a spacious kitchen, a large bedroom, a very cozy living room, and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. The only drawback is that it lacks a terrace where you can step out and sit, nor is there any space in front of the apartment, as stepping out leads directly to the pedestrian zone.

We stayed during the third week of August as a family of four with children aged 7 and 2. The accommodation was quite decent, and the location was excellent - right in the center but without noise. In our opinion, the price is a bit high for this quality of accommodation. The main complaint pertains to the cleaning, as our room was never tidied up during our 7-day stay, the bed linens were not changed, and we had to ask the landlady for towels upon our arrival since there were none in the room. We even had to change the toilet paper ourselves. The landlady would likely have provided these if we had asked, but we believe that for the price of 55 and 50 euros per night that we paid, this should not be the case, which is why we consider the accommodation overpriced.

My friend and I stayed in a three-bed studio from August 11th to 21st. While the studio has been renovated, it feels rather superficial. The kitchen is old and inadequately equipped. Regarding cleanliness, during our ten-day stay, it was cleaned only once, and that was not very thorough. The owner of the apartment is truly kind and accommodating.

My family of three stayed in a three-bed studio number 4 on the first floor from July 2 to July 16, 2013. We were greeted by an unfortunate courtyard filled with debris and junk, which, during our entire fourteen-day stay, was never cleaned, rendering it completely unusable, despite being portrayed in pictures as an oasis of peace and order, complete with a barbecue that we never even saw. Additionally, the courtyard was teeming with cats that entered the building, making it look very unhygienic for anyone with small children. Upon entering, the apartment was indeed as depicted in the pictures: clean, tidy, modern, with a spacious bathroom. However, the kitchen was truly minuscule, lacking even the space to set down a single cup, let alone anything larger, and was completely under-equipped (it had only one spoon, no large forks, just a couple of small forks and four knives, one deep plate and several shallow ones, two enormous pots for which I have no idea what they would be used for, and a few cups). Cleaning was not done every third day as stated, but only twice over the fourteen days. We received towels only for showering, and they were changed after six days, taken during cleaning, and we only received new ones the next day after we requested them. After about fifteen minutes of operation, the air conditioning began to drip water, creating a puddle in the middle of the room. Furthermore, we were treated to the sounds of drills and hammers even during late evening hours. One should not expect anything pleasant from this accommodation, as when you request something, the landlords pretend to be clueless, as if they did not understand you, and even lock themselves in their part of the building.

My family of three, consisting of my husband, our five-year-old daughter, and myself, stayed at this property from July 2, 2013, to July 16, 2013. Our first impression was: very nice, modernly furnished, clean, with a lovely albeit relatively small terrace. However, as soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by the sounds of workers renovating the upper floor, with drills and hammers echoing until the early hours, making it difficult for our child, despite being tired from the journey, to fall asleep - only managing to do so after midnight. When we sat down for dinner, we noticed we had only one deep plate and one spoon, although we did have two small forks and several knives, which was not particularly helpful. Fortunately, utensils at the nearby market cost 1 euro each, so we were not too troubled by this. The air conditioning in the room, which was included in the price, dripped in the middle of the room, creating a puddle, making it nearly impossible to use. When you open the terrace doors at night, noise is guaranteed, both late at night and early in the morning. After five days and the first cleaning of the room, the housekeeper took away the dirty towels but did not replace them with clean ones. When I went to ask for them, children and an elderly man who did not speak English came out and told me to come back in five to ten minutes, but after five minutes, the door was locked and the lights were off. We received the towels the next afternoon under the pretense that she had probably forgotten, but in reality, she only brought them from washing then, as she was changing them in other apartments at that time. When the second cleaning of the room took place on the tenth day, it was indeed impeccable, yet they did not change our towels, so we used the same ones for the last ten days, and only for showering, as we had not received any small ones the first time. If you have booked this accommodation, bring your own cutlery and towels, as the landlady tends to forget. Additionally, the kitchen is tiny, and there is hardly any room for more dishes. When you wash a plate or a glass, there is nowhere to place them to drain, as the stove is right next to the sink. There is an extractor fan that works well, unlike the air conditioning, but I wonder what good it does when there is neither a pot for brewing coffee nor a plate... Moreover, there are numerous stray cats, easily a dozen, scattered throughout the staircase, hallways, entrance terrace, and courtyard. The not-so-large courtyard, shaded by grapevines with a tap and seating arrangements visible in the property's advertising pictures, was entirely unusable, cluttered with debris and waste from the renovations. Overall, we will certainly not return here, and likely not to Potos as a destination, as there are many better locations on the island, which is beautiful and enchanting, that we will undoubtedly revisit.

I was with my wife, our child, and friends who have two children. The villa is located in a beautiful spot in the center of Potos, yet it remains peaceful as it is set back from the main street. It is just 50 meters from the beach, and the landlady is very kind and friendly; she will always assist you if you need anything. The only downside might be the parking, as the villa does not have its own parking space, but it didn’t bother us since public parking is about 100 meters away. I highly recommend it to everyone; it is truly lovely, all praises!
