Aktaiа Fresh Studios is a newly built establishment that welcomed its first guests in July 2023. It is located 120m from the beach and 2.5km away from the village of Skala Rahoni, towards Prinos.
Within this accommodation, there are eight triple studios located on the ground floor and first floor. The owners of this accommodation have made an effort to ensure that you take the most beautiful memories, taking care of every detail in these new and modernly equipped studios to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.
All studios have one double bed and one single sofa bed. Guests have at their disposal WiFi, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a kitchen with a two-ring stove, refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer.
A baby cot is available upon request, included in the price.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every two days. Guests are provided with sunbeds on the beach in front of the accommodation, included in the price. Parking space is provided for the guests of this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
