Aktaia Fresh Studios is an accommodation that opens directly onto the beach, offering new, high-quality, and beautifully furnished studios. The courtyard is very spacious and safe for the youngest guests to play, and there is also private parking available.

Aktaia Fresh is located on the beach, in the peaceful town of Skala Rachoni, and offers eight accommodation units for three people (23m2).

The studios are spread over two floors, with four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. All studios are identical and equipped in the same manner, each containing one double bed and one single bed. Four studios have a very nice sea view (although the trees in front of the accommodation slightly block it), while the remaining four studios overlook the mountain and courtyard.

All accommodation units are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, mosquito nets, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A crib is also available upon request. Guests can use the beach loungers provided by the owners.

Cleaning during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every two days.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of greenery, and there is a covered parking area where you can leave your vehicle.

To reach this accommodation, you should turn right at the “Hara” beach sign from the direction of Limenas and drive straight until you reach the Sotiria Studios accommodation. Then, turn right and continue straight until you reach the Aktaia Fresh property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
