Owners description
Aktaia Fresh Studios is a newly built accommodation that received its first guests in July 2023 and is located 120m from the beach and 2.5km from Skala Rachoni, towards the town of Prinos.
Within this accommodation, eight triple studios are available, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The owners of this accommodation have made an effort to bring you the best memories, taking care of every detail in these new and modernly equipped studios to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.
All studios have one double bed and one sofa for one person. In the air-conditioned studios, guests have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle, and a hairdryer, as well as a modern bathroom with bathrobes, shower gel, and towels.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea or the mountain, depending on the number of floors, on the veranda or balcony, equipped with table and chairs.
A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning during the stay and changing bed linen and towels are done every two days.
As part of the price, guests can use deckchairs on the beach in front of the accommodation.
A parking space is provided for the guests of this accommodation.
Aktaia Fresh Studios is 14 km from the capital, Limenas, where the ferry to Keramoti departs.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
