My Dream Apartment is located in Skala Rachoni, not far from the sandy beach with natural shade, the town center, and all the amenities it has to offer. It is a newly built property. The unit available for reservation is situated on the ground floor and features a separate bedroom. It is equipped with access to the pool, air conditioning, internet, television, mosquito nets, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a freezer, a coffee maker, a bathroom (featuring a shower cabin with a glass paritition), a washing machine, and a private veranda. Guests enter a clean accommodation (a set of bed linen and towels is provided), whose cleanliness they maintaing themselves during their stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
