One of the most popular accommodations for PotosMaria Hotel is one of the most popular accommodations in Potos with nice and spacious yard, swimming pool, bar and private parking. Location is very good because it's close to everything but again in quiet place. Owners are very nice.
Hotel Maria is located 100m from the center of Potos, near the church, and slightly more from the city beach (120 meters).
The hotel consists of a large number of double and triple studios and apartments.
One apartment is on the ground floor and it is very nice and spacious. It consist of two rooms, the first in which has two couches and the kitchen and the other, a bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment has a terrace and direct access to the yard, and it is ideal for families with small children, but since it is very spacious and the bedroom is separated by a door, it is also good choice for families with adult children.
One more apartment is situated on the second floor and has sea view. Living room has two single beds and a kitchen and bedroom has one double bed. An extra bed can be added.
Apartments are between 40 and 45m2.
Double or triple studios are classic ones, with a mini-kitchen and a bathroom. They have one double and one single bed. Each studio has a TV, hairdryer, safe box and air conditioning (included in price).
Apartments, of course, just like studios, have a kitchen wher the guests can make only light meals, bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, terrace and safe. Depending of the availability the guests can be offered units that are not described in the text.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and linen is done every 3 days.
The yard has a few toys for children. In the second part of the yard there is a pool, bar and pool table.
The hotel has a large parking in front of the entrance.
Coming from Limenaria direction, pass the main crossroad and the church after. After Franceska Studios you will see small street where you should turn left. After 50 meters you will see hotel Maria on your right side.
If you’re fine about the prices, this hotel is ideal in terms of location, as it is in the heart of the town, at a quiet place and very close to the beach. Such sites are most desirable in Potos, because it is difficult to find accommodation that is in the center, yet sheltered from the noise and traffic and with courtyard and pool.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Postovana, trebala bi mi pomoc oko smestaja na Sitoniji. Bitno nam je da je plaza blizu i prilagodjena za decu. U pitanju je porodica sa dvoje dece od 7 i 4 god. Datum dolaska od 31.7- 4.8 pa narednih 10 nocenja. Hvala unapred

Vlasnice hotela, kao i osoblje su divne i ljubazne. Smestaj komforan, uredne sobe, zamena posteljina i peskira na 3 dana, mirno, blizu gradska plaza. Dorucak ukusan, i najbitnije spreman tog trenutka. Uvek bih se vratila sa porodicom.
