Lemonis-Zoi accommodation is located on Sykia beach, only 40m away from it. It offers four accommodation units that can ensure complete relaxation and pleasant atmosphere.

The nearest supermarket is 300m from the property and the only and most visited tavern on this beach is 200m from the accommodation.

There are four well maintained and clean ground floor units, two sixtuple duplex apartments and two quadruple studios.

Duplex apartments no. 1 and 4 have one double bed in the living room with kitchen, while in the bedroom there are one double bed and bunk beds. Quadruple studios no. 2 and 3 have double beds and bunk beds.

Kitchens in all units are equipped with a mini oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary dishes. Each unit has bathroom with a shower tray with curtain. Towels and bed linen are replaced after four nights. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, mosquito nets and terraces with sitting sets and drying racks.

You can easily find Lemonis-Zoi Studios. After you turn off the main road towards Sykia beach, you will drive to it, and after that you will turn left and drive down the street along the beach and after 200m you will see on the left the yard where this facility is located.

If you want a clean and tidy accommodation, on a phenomenal location, in the second row from the beach and in a great position to visit some of the most famous beaches on Sithonia, Lemonis-Zoi Studios can be a great choice.

A pleasant and homely atmosphere, tidy and clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious yard with shade, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. 😊

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
