The owners are exceptionally kind, and we easily reached an agreement. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a family of four. There is a beautifully arranged yard with sun loungers, a grill, and a playground for children, and parking is provided within the yard. The accommodation is very close to the beach. We are satisfied and would gladly return again.

We stayed in this accommodation in a four-person studio. The family consisted of two adults and two children. The description stated that the room was small, but we could not have anticipated it would be so cramped. We had to move the nightstand outside to bring in our luggage. Our studio was located on the side of the house, so the terrace in that area was of a pass-through type, meaning guests staying in the apartment below walked by (even though there is a path parallel to the terrace), making relaxation on the terrace questionable. That part of the yard overlooks an olive grove, which is quite untidy, and we assume the owners' parents set up a tent there, which further marred the impression. Otherwise, the accommodation is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, linens and towels are regularly changed, and the owners are pleasant and unobtrusive. Due to the inability to ventilate properly and the extreme heat, we often used the air conditioning. The mattress on the French bed is very uncomfortable; the springs are felt. There is also a portable toilet in the yard, which often caused an unpleasant odor on the terrace. We have been vacationing in Nika for over ten years, and this is the first time that the pictures, descriptions, and comments do not fully match the reality. I assume the impressions from the six-person apartments are better, as we did not enter them.

The only drawback is the poor access to the beach; the distance is significantly greater than 40 meters, considering that the yard is about 100 meters long, and the beach is just as far. However, the nearby beaches are fantastic.

An excellent accommodation, highly recommended. The beach is nearby, and while the nearest shops are a bit far, it is not a major issue. The hosts are very kind, and towels and bed linen are changed every 4-5 days, which is quite sufficient. On the days when the linen is changed, they also wipe the floors. There is always water available. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary elements, and I have no complaints.

The exceptionally kind hosts welcomed us warmly, and the owner prepared coffee while we waited for the room to be ready. We entered before the agreed time for checking into the studio. The four-person studio was perfectly clean; although small, it had everything we needed (an oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, large refrigerator with a freezer, all the dishes and cutlery, and an air conditioner). Each of us was provided with one large and one small towel, which the owner changed halfway through our stay, along with the bed linens. We also received dish detergent, soap, and toilet paper. The yard is enormous, and the terrace in front of the studio is also spacious and shaded throughout the day. There is outdoor seating, a barbecue, and plenty of toys for the children. There is enough parking space for all guests. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, while most of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia are a 5-10 minute drive by car. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Lemonis Zoi.

The apartment features all bedrooms oriented away from the sea. It is well-furnished and equipped above the average for its price category, with rooms of decent size suitable for two adults and three children. A spacious covered terrace, well-maintained grass with seating and lounging areas in front of the terrace. To achieve the highest rating, some surrounding facilities need to be improved to enhance the view and overall experience. Insect screens are installed on all windows and entrance doors. The double bed is of standard dimensions, 1.8 m. Parking spaces for cars are available near the property. The beach is just a two-minute walk across the street. The yard is perfect for relaxation and children's play. The yard could be better arranged, as there are some details that require attention, but overall, it is more than a good accommodation for those seeking peace, away from crowded beaches. Sikija boasts a large beach, but with very few amenities, a couple of bars with sun loungers, one upscale shop near the beach, and a restaurant serving delicious food. A well-stocked market is located 1-1.5 km away, where there is also a bakery, pastry shop, butcher, and fruit vendors along the highway, etc. The large village of Sikija is 3 km away, offering everything needed for daily shopping.

The hosts are very kind. The landlady doesn't speak much English, but she is very warm-hearted and makes an effort to please her guests. We felt as if we had come to visit relatives at their weekend home. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, with enough utensils for the number of people staying there. The location is excellent. In the evenings, the flowers, crickets, and the scent of the sea create a delightful atmosphere. The nights are refreshing. We didn't turn on the air conditioning even once during our stay in mid-July. The bed linens and towels are changed halfway through the stay. The bathroom is small, which is the only complaint we could have, but it didn't pose any issue for us. A recommendation regarding your stay - MAKE SURE to buy mosquito repellent. Both the plug-in type and the spiral that you light outside while sitting are effective. We lit the spiral every evening, and the mosquitoes didn't bother us; otherwise, there are quite a lot of them.

We were guests in an apartment for four at the beginning of July. It was somewhat challenging to locate the accommodation as it is hidden behind an abandoned tavern and a lot overgrown with grass, accessible via a dirt path on the left. We expected a more modest lodging, which the apartment indeed is (just over 15m2, a double bed + a bunk bed, without a shower cabin in the bathroom), but the kitchen was fully equipped, and the refrigerator was of normal size with a freezer. The dining area is outside under a canopy, featuring a plastic table and chairs, alongside which there is a multi-purpose lounge chair and a spot to dry laundry and towels. The yard is filled with tall trees that provide natural shade during the day, and we never thought about turning on the air conditioning. There is ample space in the yard for all guests' cars. Half of the yard is filled with children's toys of all kinds, as the hosts themselves have a three-year-old son, so those traveling with small children will have plenty of entertainment. The hosts, Janis and Fotini, do not speak English, but they manage quite well with the help of an online translator. Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days, but they can be changed earlier upon request. The WiFi signal is very usable by Greek standards, as the accommodation has only 4 apartments. There is also a communal barbecue in the yard that guests can use. The location of the accommodation is in the middle of the beach in Sikija and serves as an excellent base for exploring all the beaches in the southern part of Sithonia. The only real downside is that the outdoor covered dining area, which is phenomenal during the day, becomes an uncomfortable place in the evening as it attracts mosquitoes that will force you to either go out or go to sleep; there's no middle ground :)

A solid accommodation in a quiet part of Sithonia, it is very poorly visible when you arrive by road! The accommodation itself is spacious, especially apartment no. 1 where we stayed (6 beds). In the first room with 4 beds, there is a large ceiling fan that is comfortable even without using the air conditioning (which we didn't turn on because it is pleasant at night with the window open). All windows have screens, but unfortunately, as soon as you step out onto the terrace to eat, since there is a dining table there, you are attacked by bloodthirsty mosquitoes! In that first room, the wallpaper is peeling in a few places, but that is not the problem; the real issue is that when the room is completely closed (windows/doors), after a while, a terrible smell of mold can be felt, probably from the ceiling made of paneling, which forces you to leave either the fan or the window open (maybe even the air conditioning). In the second room, there is a French bed sufficient for two, the space is okay, but when the fan is turned on (it works), there is a smell of burning, so we didn't take the risk and slept next to the open window! The hallway, appliances, refrigerator, and air conditioning are all impeccable! In the bathroom, we had problems with the boiler that wouldn't return when pulled, so I had to lift the lid myself and lower the valve to fill the boiler! All in all, my family of five, two adults and three children, are generally satisfied, although it could have been better! Rating: definitely a 4.

The accommodation is excellent! The studio is small, with just enough space to pass between the beds, but it features a large French bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is great, and the bathroom is spacious compared to what I usually find in their accommodations. Everything was clean and fragrant; for the first time, there was no need to clean immediately upon arrival. The yard is enormous, with various attractions for children, and the owners are kind, making this accommodation highly recommendable. We were there with two children aged 4 and 1. Anyone who goes will not regret it.

Excellent, comfortable accommodation on Sikija beach. Although the description states it is in the second row from the beach, it is practically in the first row, as the accommodation is separated from the street by a pathway. The environment is peaceful, with a spacious yard, and the owners are very kind yet unobtrusive. We had excellent internet throughout our stay. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling by their own transport, as it allows for visits to the wonderful beaches nearby. This place is truly ideal for families, providing a genuine vacation experience, swimming, peace, and tranquility. All praise for the accommodation and the owners.
