Accommodation description

Boolitsa house is located in a quiet location, yet very close to the beach in Psakoudia. It is an ideal choice for all those who want to be alone and are looking for a quiet vacation away from the noise.

The city beach with several bars is 150m away, and there is also a promenade, as well as a supermarket, a bakery and several taverns.

It is only one house on two levels, so privacy is guaranteed. In the basement there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the other one with two single beds and a drawer bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. On the first floor, i.e. the high ground floor, there is a toilet and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. There is a corner sofa in the living room. The house has internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and hair dryer. Clean sets of bed linen and towels are available, and are changed by the guests themselves halfway through their stay. During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation.

The yard is fenced and small, and within it, guests have a table, chairs and a faucet at their disposal.

The accommodation is marked on the map, so you can hardly miss it. Coming from the direction of Nea Mudania, do not enter Psakudia at the first right turn, but continue straight. As soon as you pass the Melissa Gold Coast Hotel, turn into the first street on the right, then after about 70 meters, turn into the alley on the left and you will see the accommodation on the left.

If you want accommodation just for yourself that is close to the beach, then Boolitsa House is the right choice for you.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
