Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Pension Konstantinoupolis is a well-maintained, family-run accommodation with an express restaurant, a well-kept courtyard and a 24-hour front desk located on the road between Asprovalta and Nea Vrasna. It offers accommodation units for 2-4 people. Guests of the guesthouse have private parking behind the property, while restaurant guests can park in front. Accommodation is open throughout the year.
The sandy beach is 170m away, while the center of Asprovalte is 400m away and Nea Vrasna is 500m away. The nearest supermarket is located across the property. Guests can also buy pastries for breakfast at the property's restaurant.
Part of the beach is organised and parasols and sunbeds can be used free of charge while consuming drinks from the bar.
The facility was last renovated in 2010.
There are 13 rooms without a kitchen (20-25m2), on the floor, nine facing the street and four facing the garden with partial sea views from afar. All units are air conditioned, have internet access, TV, small fridge, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and terrace with awning and dryer.
Room no. 10 has a double bed and garden view.
Room no. 11 has a double bed, two single beds and garden view.
Room no. 12 has two single beds, bunk beds and street view.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, while the units are cleaned daily.
The yard is well maintained, behind the property, has a nice lawn and is spacious. Next to it is a parking lot for guests of the guesthouse.
Accommodation Konstantinoupolis can be a great choice for anyone looking for a good base to tour in the Thessaloniki region and accommodation with excellent service, close to the beach.
