Zillion Home is located in Kalamaria, one of the most sought‑after areas of Thessaloniki, about 500 meters from the sea. Set in an urban yet pleasant environment close to the coast, the apartment is a good choice for guests who want a modern space, comfort, and a practical location during their stay. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, restaurants, promenades, and other amenities that Kalamaria offers, it is especially suitable for families, couples, and small groups who want to combine a seaside holiday with the easily accessible advantages of a large city.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and offers a comfortable, modern space for up to five adults. The central part consists of a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, designed as a practical space for spending time together, preparing meals, and relaxing during the day. The sleeping area includes two rooms with double beds, while the sofa in the living room can serve as an additional bed for one person. With this layout, the apartment is suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends who appreciate comfort, functionality, and enough space for a pleasant stay.

Air conditioning units are available for a comfortable stay on warmer days, while WiFi makes it easier to organize trips, work remotely, or communicate daily. TVs with access to apps for enjoying favorite content add further relaxation after a day at the beach or exploring Thessaloniki. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with two cooking zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, giving guests plenty of options to prepare meals and drinks during their stay. For extra convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine and a hair dryer.

Balconies with seating allow guests to spend part of their stay outdoors, with views of the street and the immediate surroundings of the property. Unlike classic resorts with long sandy beaches, its coastline is more oriented toward walks, cafés, restaurants, evening outings, and enjoying the sea. The most recognizable areas are around Aretsou Marina and Nea Krini, where promenades and dining venues overlook the Thermaic Gulf, making this part of the city a good choice for guests who enjoy a lively yet pleasant and not overly crowded atmosphere. Compared to Thessaloniki’s city center, Kalamaria is quieter and more residential, but still lively enough for daily living, dining out, seaside walks, or relaxing with sea and sunset views. Thanks to this combination of location and atmosphere, it is suitable for couples, business travelers, tourists, and anyone seeking a modern stay near the sea with good connections to the rest of the city. For guests who prefer a more classic beach day, Kalamaria can also serve as a practical base for visiting organized beaches and coastal towns outside Thessaloniki, while offering a quieter, well‑connected urban environment upon return. The accommodation is about 10 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

  • Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
