Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Fetsis Studio is the accommodation on the ground floor and it's appropriate for a family of 4 - 5. It's very functional, containing several old, traditional objects that add to its aesthetics.
The location of the studio and its elevated yard is unique, with a wonderful view of the village and the picturesque bay.
Hitchiking in the green interesting island, along the seaside and beaches, is a unique experience. Kioni is 25km away from the capital Vathy, a nice and traditional town.
Kioni offers picturesque restaurants, fish taverns, bars, tourist shops and supermarkets, as well as car, motorcycle and boat rentals.
