The property offers studios and apartments situated on the first and second floors of a building without an elevator.

The double studios are functionally designed units featuring a combined sleeping area and kitchenette, with a separate bathroom. They accommodate up to two adults, offering either two single beds (which can be joined or kept separate) for sleeping.

Studios designed for up to two adults and two children up to 18 years of age also feature a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include two single beds (joined or separate) and a sofa that converts into a bed for two people.

The apartments accommodate up to two adults and two children (up to 18 years of age). They feature two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. One bedroom contains two single beds (joined or separate), while the other is equipped with a sofa that sleeps two people. For the youngest guests, a baby cot suitable for children up to two years of age can be provided upon request and at no extra charge. The property does not have private parking; however, guests arriving by car can use public parking spaces along the street and in the surrounding area, subject to availability.

Our daughter stayed in the accommodation, Everything was perfect, the location, communication with the owner. And everything is as in the perfect picture. If our path takes us to Perea, we would gladly stay there again. Regards

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 35% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
