Seventeen Rooms is located in Perea, 140 meters from the beach, and is an excellent choice for guests who want to be close to the sea and the numerous amenities of this popular resort. The pleasant atmosphere, functionally furnished accommodation units, and sea views contribute to a relaxed summer holiday, while the practical location allows easy access to the beach and enjoying walks along the coast.

This accommodation offers studios and apartments, arranged on the first and second floors of the building without a lift.

Double studios are functionally furnished units in which the sleeping area and kitchenette are located within the same room, while the bathroom is separate. They are designed for a maximum of two adults, who have two connected or separate single beds available for sleeping.

Studios intended for a maximum of two adults and two children under 18 years of age also have a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Two connected or separate single beds are available for sleeping, while a sofa bed for two people is available as an extra bed.

The apartments are designed for a maximum of two adults and two children up to 18 years of age. They have two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds, one of which is connected to the other, while the other has a sofa bed for two people.

For the youngest guests, a cot can be provided upon request at no additional charge for children up to 2 years of age. This convenience makes it easier for parents to organize their travel and contributes to a more practical stay with a small child.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet, and a TV with satellite channels, which provides guests with additional comfort and the opportunity to relax with their favorite content. The kitchens and kitchenettes have a stove with two hotplates and a small oven, allowing for regular meal preparation and oven-baked dishes, while the refrigerator with a freezer compartment provides space for storing food and drinks. Guests also have access to a kettle and a hairdryer, while the washing machine is shared by all guests of the accommodation and can be used at no additional charge.

Each accommodation unit has its own balcony with a sea view. Some units offer a direct view of the sea, while others have a side view. The balconies provide guests with a pleasant space for morning coffee, a break during the day, or evening relaxation in the seaside setting.

In front of the building, there is a small, fenced and landscaped yard with a seating area, intended for shared use. This area is a pleasant corner for relaxation outdoors during your stay.

Small dogs are allowed in the accommodation upon request, so guests can bring their pet on vacation, with prior confirmation from the accommodation owner.

The accommodation units are cleaned every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days. Regular hygiene maintenance contributes to a tidy and pleasant stay for guests.

The property does not have private parking, but guests arriving by car can use public parking spaces along the street and in the vicinity of the property. Their availability depends on the current occupancy and traffic situation in the town.

Perea is an urban seaside settlement located on the coast of the Gulf of Thessaloniki, known for its long sandy beach, landscaped promenade and a diverse range of restaurants, traditional taverns, cafes and bars by the sea. The almost two-kilometer-long beach includes well-maintained areas suitable for all-day stays, while the gradual entry into the water is suitable for families with children and guests who enjoy a relaxed swim. Along the coast, there are numerous taverns and fish restaurants where you can try fresh fish, seafood and local specialties, with a view of the Gulf of Thessaloniki and Mount Olympus in the distance. The long coastal promenade extends towards the neighboring town of Neoi Epivates and is suitable for walking, cycling and evening outings, when this part of Perea becomes especially lively. The town itself offers numerous facilities needed during a vacation, including shops, bakeries, pharmacies and various catering establishments. Thanks to the combination of the beach, urban amenities and proximity to Thessaloniki, Perea is a good choice for guests who want a vacation by the sea, but also the possibility of easy access to the city and its sights. The accommodation is 11 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 35% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
