If you want a quiet holiday, away from the noisy resorts, The Port Studios is a great choice for you. It’s tucked in a spacious and grassy courtyard and it’s great for those looking for a modest accommodation with an excellent price and quality ratio, not far from the beach with crystal clear water.
The accommodation is located in Porto Koufo, below the main road, 300m from the city center and the port and 700m from the beach.
There are eleven studios, five four-bed studios and six three-bed studios.
Quadruple studios have one double (narrower than standard) and two bunk beds, and their capacity is two adults and two children. Three bed studios have one single and one double bed (narrower than standard).
Studios have a kitchen with a small fridge with freezer compartment, hotplates and necessary dishes, TV, air conditioning, internet and mosquito nets. In the bathroom, there’s a shower without a curtain and edged shower area. Replacement of towels and bed linen is performed every fourth day.
The ground floor studios have a garden view, while the studios on the first floor have a partial sea view. The upper-floor studios have a private terrace separated by a barrier, while studios on the ground floor share a porch with a next accommodation unit. All studios have a siting set in front of the entrance.
The house is located in a spacious, grassy and enclosed yard shared with Porto Blue Studios, and offers a barbecue, seating area, small playground for children and private parking.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road. When you see the Cyclon gas station on your right (if you are riding from the direction of Neos Marmaras) you will know that you arrived to the accommodation also, because it is located just behind the gas station.
The Port Studios is a good choice for those who’d like to spend their holidays in a quiet place with modest interior, not far from the sandy shore and crystal clear sea.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
