10. What should I do if eSIM does not work immediately?

Most often, one of these three things is the issue:
1. Data Roaming is not enabled.
2. Mobile data is not set up on the Nikana eSIM line.
3. APN is not automatically loaded (less common; set up in 3 minutes).

Note on APN setup:
Sometimes devices do not load APN (Access Point Name) automatically. APN is the address your phone uses to connect to mobile internet. Without the correct APN, the internet will not work even if eSIM is active.

If you have iOS (iPhone, iPad):

Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Options → Mobile Data Network
Enter the data from your account:
- Name: Nikana iOS (free name)
