- Customer Service Agent
- Accommodation Editor

Booking Agent
Responsible for communication and mediation between accommodation owners and guests, resolving potential issues during the reservation process and its realization, as well as improving cooperation with accommodation owners. During their stay in Greece, they visit accommodations to gain better insight into the offer.
Additional mandatory requirements:
- Knowledge of the Greek language
- Assertive communication
- Ability to adapt to different types of clients
Preferred:
- Category B driving license
- Short-term stay in Greece
Customer Service Agent
Employees in this team communicate with our guests via email, providing them with answers to informational questions, necessary instructions, and support for using the website.
Additional mandatory requirements:
- Assertive communication Ability to adapt to different types of clients
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Greek language
Accommodation Editor
Communicates with potential new partners and negotiates collaboration terms. Responsible for entering, updating, and editing accommodation information, ensuring the accuracy of entered data and consistent presentation.

- Knowledge of the Greek language
- Negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Precision in work
