The completely renovated accommodation Chriselia Studios, which is not far from the beach and all the events of Nea Roda, is certainly an excellent choice for couples and families with children. The very friendly owners are available to guests for anything they need.
There is a market right next to the accommodation, and further down the street, at about 150m, there is a bakery and at 120m, in the street below, there is a butcher. The beach is 220m away, and there are several taverns next to the beach.
Accommodation consists of four studios, two double rooms (No. 1 and 2) and two four-bed rooms (No. 3 and 4) and one apartment with two bedrooms (No. 5). All studios are located on the ground floor, two two-bed studios in the front of the house, four stairs above ground level and two four-bed studios in the back of the house. The apartment is located on the first floor.
The studios are very similar, they are all modernly equipped. Double rooms have a French bed, and four-bed rooms have a French bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen in all studios is equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove with two hotplates, a kettle and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, only studio no. 4 has a large fridge. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower (tiles only) and a curtain. The balconies of the four-bed studios are actually one balcony separated by a wall into two parts and overlook a very small back yard and the surrounding houses. The balconies of the double studios look out onto the street.
The apartment is also newer and modernly equipped. There is a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other, and a sofa bed for two children in the kitchen room. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove, a kettle, a toaster and a large refrigerator, and there is also a table and chairs in the same room. In the bathroom there is an enclosed shower area with a curtain. A very spacious balcony that surrounds the entire apartment, overlooking the yard and the street.
All accommodation units have internet, TV and air conditioning. The owners live below the apartment, on the ground floor, so they are always at your service if you need anything.
The yard is fenced, landscaped and full of flowers. A barbecue is available to guests. There is no private parking, but you can park in front of the accommodation.
The accommodation is written on the map, so you will find it very easily. If you are coming from the direction of Jerisos, when you enter the town, immediately after the first gas station, turn left from the highway. Continue straight for about 250m until you see a bakery, that is, turn into the sixth street on the right and after about 100 meters you will see accommodation on the right.
