Kalamitsi Hotel
Hotel Kalamitsi is located 200m from the Kalamitsi beach and about 2km from Preveza. It has studios and apartments for 2-4 people. Amenities include a swimming pool, restaurant, nicely landscaped yard with a playground for children and private parking.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 600m away.
They offer 26 accommodation units, 15 triple studios (30m2) with one double or two single beds and a single bed, i.e. 11 quadruple apartments (42m2) with two double beds or one double and two single beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, LCD TV, kitchen (mini-stove with oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle), bathroom with a hairdryer, telephone and a terrace overlooking the pool or yard. Cleaning is daily, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
The reception is open 24⁄7 and amenities include a swimming pool, bar, deck chairs and parasols around the pool, restaurant, beautifully landscaped yard, children’s playground, laundry and parking for all guests.
1km after passing Mitikas, before the Volkswagen dealership, take a right and 100m later, on the right-hand side, you will come across the parking lot of this hotel .
Hotel Kalamitsi is ideal for anyone looking for good accommodation with lots of facilities near the beautiful beach. We recommend it to families with small children.

Sa porodicom sam boravio u hotelu Kalamitsi u drugoj polovini avgusta. Odabrali smo četvorokrevetni apartman koji je za dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece školskog uzrasta apsolutno komforan i prostran. Čistoća apartmana je na zadovoljavajućem nivou. Nova posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svakog trećeg dana. Iako je smeštaj od obale udaljen svega 100-150m, ne postoji uređena plaža za kupanje. Mi smo koristili jako lepu plažu sa prirodnim hladom koja počinje od mesta Mitikas (od hotela udaljen 3km) i prostire se dalje u dužinu od nekoliko kilometara. Kao po pravilu pre podne je more mirno, posle 12h kreću manji talasi da bi posle podne bilo prilično uzburkano i sa većim talasima. Mi smo popodnevni boravak na plaži zamenili sa kupanjem na bazenu u okviru hotela, što se posebno dopalo najmlađima. Za večernji izlazak i šetnju, gradić Preveza je jednostavno savršen! To se mora lično doživeti. Hotel Kalamitsi je apsolutno za preporuku uz napomenu da bez automobila ovde ne možete funkcionisati.

2 families are interesting for accommodation at your hotel at period 28.07.-11.08.2019. 1. Family: 2 adult, 2 kids 10 and 14 y. -studio 2. Family: 2 adult, 2 kids 9 and 13 y. And little dog- apartment! Please send me a note if we can spent a holiday at your beautiful hotel!? Thank you!
